临着越来越大的外部竞争压力。另一方面,AB公司较高的库存成本极大的影响公司内部
运营绩效,为此,迫切需要研究AB公司的库存控制问题。
本文以AB公司库存现状为研究对象,针对当前存在着库存总量过高,交货不及时,
呆滞材料过高等问题,剖析并得出ABC分类不够完善、生产周期过长、客户需求变化过
大以及供应商距离较远是推动库存居高不下的深层次原因。针对性的提出了基于ABC分
类的库存控制,基于价值流的库存改善以及基于预测和本地化釆购的库存策略等优化方
案,提高服务水平,降低库存水平,进而提升AB通讯制造公司的竞争能力。

Abstract
With the rapid growth of the communications industry, more and more communication
manufacturing companies join this competition. Thus,Shanghai AB communication
manufacturing company is facing on growing external pressure of competition. On the other
hand, its higher inventory costs greatly influence its internal operational performance,
therefore, it is necessary and urgent to study on AB comply inventory control problems.
Taking AB company as one research object, this thesis analysizes its poor performance as
high inventory, low turnover and not timely delivery. Some causes are concluded,
including the imperfection of the ABC classification, too long production cycle, too frequent
customer demand change and remote suppliers. Then, inventory control based on ABC
classification is proposed. Moreover, the inventory improvement stragety based on value
stremn is presented. In the end, some other strategies of forecast and localization optimization
are also given.By these inventory strategies, AB Company improve its service levels, reduce
its inventory levels and raise its competition ability in market.
