本文从对农业生产系统的基本结构出发，讨论了地质灾害对农业生产要素的
影响，进而归纳出地质灾害的形成因素以及地质灾害对农业生产系统的作用规律。
在此基础上，对农业生产系统恢复力的概念进行了鉴定，并根据恢复力评估的原
则，将定性分析和定量分析相结合，采用层次分析法建立起地质灾害灾后农业生
产系统的恢复力评估的指标体系。从环境条件维度、应急管理维度、财政管理维
度、社会服务维度四个方面建立指标，结合标度衡量法和专家调查法计算出指标
权重，并以湖南省为例，进行了实证分析。最后提出了改进农业生产系统恢复力
的对策和建议。
关键词：地质灾害 农业生产系统 恢复力With the increasing pressure of environment caused by the evolution of the
global natural environment and human activities, the geological disasters outbreak
increasingly frequent, and also bring deeper and broader harm. Geological disaster is
the consequence affected by a variety of natural and man-made geological influence
and the affected objects, which brings great harm to the agricultural production
system. The restoring force of agricultural production system is a comprehensive
capability that how agricultural production system reacts to the disturbance of
geological disasters within a certain area, as well as the possibility to improve such
kind of ability through its adjustment. Understanding of the restoring force of
agricultural production system after the geological disasters helps us to deal with the
geological disasters in rural areas, as a result, the study of this problem is of great
significance.
Based on the basic structure of agricultural production systems, this thesis
discussed about the influence of agricultural production factors caused by the
geological disasters, then, it induces the formation of geological hazards and the
effect of law that geological disasters exert on the agricultural production system. On
this basis, it defined the concept of restoring force of agricultural production system,
and based on the principles of evaluation of restoring force, it combines the
qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and uses the analytic hierarchy process
to establish the evaluating index system of the restoring force of agricultural
production system after the geological disasters. To establish indicators from the four
dimensions of environmental conditions, emergency management, finance
management and social service, combining the scaled measuring method and the
investigation method of experts to calculate the index weight, taking Hunan province
as an example, it has carried on the empirical analysis. Finally it puts forward the
countermeasures and the suggestions of the improvement of the restoring force of
agricultural production system.
