服务对象,也是农村信用社成立的根本宗旨。
随着社会的前进、经济的发展,农村信用社力量的不断壮大,社区中小企业、
个体工商户也逐渐成为了农村信用社服务对象不可缺少的组成部分。但是,农村
信用社相对落后的体制、相对落后的管理、人员素质偏低等一系列问题一直影响
着农村信用社更好的服务社区、服务“三农”。和林格尔县位于内蒙古自治区中部,
是呼和浩特市最近的旗县之一,交通非常便利,而且是内蒙古乳都的所在地,是
呼和浩特市招商引资发展经济的重要地区。和林格尔县盛乐经济园区中小企业较
多,有蒙牛、可口可乐、蒙草抗旱、燕京等众多知名企业,大力带动了和林格尔
县经济的持续发展。同时,也是和林格尔县农村信用社的潜在服务客户,提高和
林县农村信用社整体实力,服务好当地大小知名企业,将会给和林县农信社带来
不可估量的前景。
因此,对和林格尔县当前发展潜力的研究,具有十分现实的意义。本文以和
林格尔县农村信用社为研究对象,对和林县农村信用社的内外部发展环境进行剖
析,分析竞争优劣势,运用企业战略理论、波特五力模型、SWOT分析等方法,明
确和林县农村信用社未来发展战略,最终制定符合企业发展的战略措施。

Community-based, rural services, big agriculture, small rural areas, farmers are
micro to serve rural credit cooperatives; rural credit cooperatives also established the
fundamental purpose.
Along with social progress and economic development, the growing powa- of the
rural credit cooperatives, communities of Sees, individual industrial and commercial
households have gradually become the rural credit cooperatives serve an indispensable
component. However, the relatively backward rural credit system, relatively backward
management, low quality of personnel and other issues has affected the rural credit
cooperatives to better serve the community, service three rural issues. And Ingle
County is located in central Inner Mongolia, Hohhot is one of the nearest counties,
traffic is very convenient, and is the location of all milk in Inner Mongolia, Hohhot
investment is an important region for economic development. HeLinGe'Er Shang Yuen
Economic Zone Sees more, there Mengzi, Coca-Cola, Mongolian grass drought,
Yanking and many other well-known enterprises, vigorously led HeLinGe'Er sustained
economic development. And also the rural credit cooperatives HeLinGe'Er potential
customer service, enhance and Indian overall strength of rural credit cooperatives, local
service is good size well-known enterprises, rural credit cooperatives will give and
Indian incalculable prospects.
Therefore, the development potential of HeLinGe'Er current study, with a very real
sense. In this paper, HeLinGe'Er rural credit cooperatives for the study, pairs and Indian
rural credit cooperatives to analyze the internal and external environment for
development, analyze competitive strengths and weaknesses, the use of corporate
strategy theory, Porter's five forces model,SWOT analysis and other methods, and
Indian clear strategy for future development of rural credit cooperatives, and ultimately
to develop in line with corporate strategy initiatives.
