摘要:技术经济分析是对拟建项目技术的先进性、经济的合理性及其

他方面进行论证,其目的是为了给投资决策者提供决策依据,同时为

银行贷款、合作者签约、工程设计等提供依据和基础资料。对于一个

好项目而言,除具备技术上的先进性外,其经济合理性及所能带来的

社会效益也是项目决策的一个重要依据。

上海宝钢型钢有限公司是一家在国内外市场具有较强竞争力的

钢材生产厂商,为满足市场需要,加强公司竞争力,宝钢型钢有限公

司拟新建LW360髙强冷弯型钢新建生产线项目。论文研究了项目技

术经济分析相关理论,介绍了公司实施LW360高强冷弯型钢新建生

产线项目的背景,对项目实施进行了市场研究和预测,进而分析了项

目的技术方案设计。在此基础上,对项目的相关经济数据进行了定量

研究和预测,分析了项目的投资估算和相关资金筹措,通过盈利能力

和偿债能力分析、盈亏平衡分析和敏感性分析,论证了项目的财务可

行性,最后对项目实施的社会影响进行了定性分析和预测。

综合上述分析,本文认为,上海宝钢型钢有限公司新建LW360

高强冷弯型钢新建生产线项目是技术上先进、经济上合理的可行方

案,实施后不仅可以使企业获得较好的经济利益,扩大市场份额,增

强企业的核心竞争力,同时具有良好的社会效应。

new-conducted project

ABSTRACT : The technical economical analysis of projects analyzes the

advancement of technologythe reasonableness of economy and other

respects of planned projects,aiming at providing information for

managers tio make decisions,as well as providing proofs and basic

materials for other relatives such as bankerscooperators、designers,and

so on.Apart from the advancement of technology,the reasonableness of

economy and social effects of a good project are also crutial when

making decisions.

BGXG is a producer of steel products and has strong

competitiveness in markets at home and abroad.In order to satisfy the

market and enhance its cutting-edge,BGXG plans to build a new line to

produce high strength cold-formed steels,whose type is LW360.0n the

basis of studying relevant literatures on technical economical analysis,the

paper gives a introdution of the background of the new-constructed

project,takes a market research and put porward forecasts for the

implement of the project and then anlyzes the technical

design.Fundementally,it carries quantitative researchs and forecasts with

the relevant datas and gives an analysis of the estimated investment and

fund raising.The paper demonstrates the financial viability of the new

constructive project through a series of anlysises,including profitablity

analysis、solvency analysis、breakeven analysis ‘ and sensitivity

analysis.Finally,it analyzes and forecasts the social effects of the project

qualitatively.

In conclusion,the new-constructed project is both technically ad

vanced and economically reasonable.The implemention of the project

would bring considerable economic benefits to the enterprise and h

elp expand the market share and eveventually enhance the competen

ce of BGXG.Besides,the project can also carry great value to the w

hole society.
