随着全球汽车市场的竞争加剧和国内汽车市场的蓬勃发展,自主品牌不仅要面
对内部的竞争,还要面对来自合资品牌的挑战。而作为以自主品牌销售服务、及汽
车零配件业务为龙头的湖南煜坤投资集团有限公司旗下的汽车业务板块(以下简称
湖南煜坤集团整车部),在湖南的汽车经销商队伍中,目前并未取得领先地位和品
牌优势,接下来面临的竞争压力越来越大。通过对员工绩效管理体系的改进研究,
提高湖南煜坤集团整车部整体绩效,是人力资源战略实现的基础,也是整车部提高
核心竞争力、实现战略经营目标的重要保障。
本文具体分为四个章节:绪论部分主要阐述研究背景与研究意义、研究理论基
础与文献综述、研究的主要内容、方法,最后描述整体研究思路和框架;第二章节
主要通过对整车部发展历程和人力资源管理问题的分析,逐步深入探讨整车部员工
现有绩效管理的问题及成因分析,全面分析整车部员工绩效管理现状。第三章节在
遵循绩效管理理论的运用、结合整车部具体现状的基础上,对改进设计的原则、目
标予以明确,制定改进方案设计的基本思路,通过对组织架构的调整,绩效管理运
行流程的优化、整车部战略目标的确定和分解,提出了科学可行的绩效考评体系。
第四章节主要就湖南煜坤集团整车部全新的员工绩效管理体系的实施关键环节以及
保障措施、以及持续改进进行阐述分析。
企业对绩效管理的了解和重视度不同,会影响实际实施效果,从而很大程度上
影响整体绩效的达成和战略目标的实现。本文研究的意义在于,通过提高湖南煜坤
集团整车部员工的绩效管理水平,促进人力资源管理水平的提升,为实现总体战略
目标提供管理保障。同时对于成长期的同行业中小民营企业绩效管理有比较强的借

Abstract
As the global auto market competition intensifies and the vigorous development of
the domestic automobile market, the independent brand not only have to face internal
competition, but also face the challenge from the joint venture brand. As to the
independent brand sales service, and auto parts business as the leading Hunan Yu Kun
Investment Group Limited under the car business (hereinafter referred to as the Hunan
Yu Kun investment group vehicle department), the car dealers in Hunan team,at present
has not achieved the leading position and brand advantage, competition is more and then
face the greater the. Through the improvement of employee performance management
system,improve the Hunan Yu Kun investment group vehicle overall performance, is the
basis for the realization of human resource strategy,an important guarantee for the
realization of strategic business objectives and enhance core competitiveness, vehicle
department.
This paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. It
mainly describes the research background and research significance, the theoretical basis
of the research and literature review, the main research contents, methods, and finally
describes the overall research ideas and framework. The second chapter, is through the
analysis of the history and development of the human resources management of vehicle
department, gradually in-depth study of issues and causes of the existing vehicle
department staff performance management, a comprehensive analysis of the current
