技术不断演进,为了提高核心竞争力和抢占更多市场份额,N公司近年来不断的变革:
技术的创新,流程的重塑,组织结构的改变,管理工具和技术的广泛应用,并越来越
重视项目管理水平和工程实施的交付能力。
本文从三个部分来论述,第一部分介绍本论文的写作背景、研究意义,项目管理
的发展趋势,叙述了项目管理的知识体系,以及项目及项目管理的定义和它们包含的
内容,以及国内外项目管理的发展和现状;第二大部分介绍了 N公司通信工程中的管
理现状以及传统模式存在的问题,分别从存在的沟通问题、管理模式问题、管理工具
和方法问题着手详细剖析;第三大部分针对N公司面临的问题并结合项目管理理论找
出解决方案,即引进和应用项目管理的理论和方法来执行N公司云南4G-LTE通信工
程项目,以及N公司应用了项目管理的方法理念和管理工具、技术所取得的效果和成
绩。

Abstract
Project management is a mature management technology developed after the Second
World War, it can help enterprise managers in the limited resources, the use of the system,
scientific theories,methods and tools, and effective management of projects related to work;
