本文采用理论研究和公司实际情况分析相结合的研究方法,通过内部环境
分析,明确公司自身的优势和劣势,通过外部环境分析找出公司面临的机会和
威胁,进而对各种因素进行理性分析和相互匹配,然后对匹配出的针对红枫公
司的备用发展战略进行分析评价,最后结合红枫的愿景、使命和目标,确定了
公司扩张型的发展战略方案,同时提出了具体的建议战略实施方案和保障措施。

Yunnan Honghe Hongfeng agricultural and development Co. Ltd is a corporate
champion of the agricultural industrialization by planting the cassava, processing and
selling starch and farming animal husbandry. As the continuously developing of the
agricultural economy and sweeping measure of the national policy, Hongfeng
company faces a good external market. But, it also face some problems: Cos of the
shortage of the cassava, it can not produce the advantage of the starch beltline well;
Cos of the small-scale of the pig breeding, it can not expend the cost advantage; And
cos of the imperfect of it’s system, it can not administrate well. Now all of these
reasons reduce it competitiveness gradually and restrict it development to a rapid,
sound way.
This article uses a way of combining theoretical research and actual case
analysis. looking for the opportunities and threats of Hongfeng company faced by
external environment analysis, finding out itself advantages and disadvantages by
internal environment analysis. Then using integrated analysis method on various
factors by rational analysis and mutual match, got Hongfeng company’s several
prepared strategies also analysis and appraise. At last, combining with the wish, the
mission and the target of the company, defined the expansionary strategy as
Hongfeng company's general strategy. At the same time, proposed a concrete
proposed implementation scheme and the protected measures.
