随着全球经济一体化的发展和科技进步带来的产品更新换代,需求多样化使得技术
和产品寿命周期不断缩短。制造加工型企业的专注点逐渐从单一的规模经济产生的低
成本等单项指标出发的能力竞争,转变为从产品开发到进入终端消费者手中的整条供
应链快速响应的时间竞争。交货周期的缩短己经成为除成本和质量以外的企业核心竞
争力的第三因素。目前的电器市场也具有产品生命周期短、客户需求变化快、以及供
货速度要求快等特点。
本文从新产品开发管理的角度,以快速响应、敏捷供应链和速度营销的理论和概念
为指导,结合W电器制造企业现行采购模式给企业运营发展带来的问题,运用定性
分析法、案例分析研究法、经验总结法和文献研究法等方法,提出了改进现行采购模
式的设计与实施方案,并对改进的采购新模式进行了可行性分析,以及在全局观上对
改进过程中可能存在的风险及其控制予以了揭示和论述。

Abstract
With the development of global economic integration and product upgrade by
progress of science and technology, Demand diversity makes the cycle of technology and
product life shortening continuously. The focus of manufacture company gradually
transfers from the competition of ability which considers single parameter such as costing
down only by economies of scale to the competition of shorting time by building the whole
quick response supply chain from product development to enter into the hands of the
terminal consumer. The shortening of delivery cycle has already become the third factor
which decides the core competitiveness of enterprises beyond Cost and Quality. Nowadays,
the electrical appliance market also has characteristics such as short life cycle of products,
rapid change of customer demands, fast requirement of delivery, etc.
This article from the management of new product development point of view,under
the guidance of quick response, agile supply chain and speed marketing theory or concept,
combining the problems from operation and developing caused by current procurement
mode of electrical appliance manufacture company W, using kinds of ways like qualitative
analysis, case study,experience summary, literature research, etc,present a new solution of
design and implementation for improving current procurement mode,by the meanwhile, it
also analyzes the feasibility of improving current procurement mode, then reveals the risk
that may happen and discusses how to control it while implementing the improved new
procurement mode in electrical appliance manufacture company W with a holistic point of
view.
