本文首先参考相关文献介绍了融资的相关理论，然后分析了 GD 公司近几年的财务
状况，了解 GD 公司目前的融资需求及 WN 投资项目的情况。找出 GD 公司在融资过程
中存在缺少明确的融资策略、内源融资能力不足、融资结构不合理等一系列问题。
本文运用企业融资理论中的信息不对称理论、资本结构理论和企业优序融资理论，
最终确定了 GD 公司短期与中长期融资方案。短期融资以 WN 项目所需资金为目标，根
据公司的状况确定了融资结构，即以内源融资与银行借贷为主、拓展负债融资渠道为辅；
中长期融资则选择目前公司正在准备的上市发行股票与债券融资，以及国际投资公司的
风险资本融资。采用定量与定性相结合的方法，运用有关财务评价指标对拟定的融资方
案进行了相关可行性分析。
本文对 GD 电气制造公司进行个案研究，通过大量的客观数据作为依据，分析较为
具体细致，对我国目前中小民营企业的融资决策与融资策略的选择具有较重要的借鉴意
义和应用价值。

Abstract
Private enterprises in promoting China's national economy sustained, steady and rapid
development has played a pivotal role. But today, A shortage of funds is the importance of the
problem constraints faced by small and medium private enterprises in their development. Face
financing difficulties of small and medium private enterprises, how to obtain funding under
the existing financing mechanisms for enterprise development, enhance the core
competitiveness of enterprises, many companies focus on the direction of attention and
constant effort. Select the financing strategy which is key to the development of small and
medium private enterprises.
This article first introduces the reference related literature about financing theories, and
then analyzes the GD company in recent years the financial situation, understand the
GD company's current financing demand and WN investment project situation. To identify
GD's lack of a clear strategy for financing, internal financing ability insufficiency, irrational
financing structure and a series of problems in the process of financing.
This paper uses the theory of enterprise financing information asymmetry theory, capital
structure theory and thepecking order theory, the final determination of GD
company short-term and long-term financing scheme. The short-term financing to WN the
funds required for the project as the goal, according to the company's financial structure is
determined, namely to endogenous financing and bank lending as the main financing
channels, expanding liabilitiessupplemented; long-term financing choice at present the
company is preparing for the listing of shares and bond financing, venture capital
financing, International Investment Co. With the quantitative and qualitative methods, the use
of relevant financial evaluation indexes were related to the financing plan feasibility analysis.
The case study of manufacture of the GD electric company, through a lot of objective
data as the basis, the morespecific and detailed analysis, to our country
present financing decision and financing strategies of small and medium-sized private
enterprises choice has important reference significance and application value.
