本文基于新产品设计和开发质量控制相关理论,结合 QFD 和 FEMA 整合理论以及
S 公司的流程和产品的特点,对 S 公司研发阶段各个阶段的质量控制问题进行了深
入的分析并提出了相应的改善方案和对策。在产品计划阶段提出了如何使用应用失
效模式分析,阐述如何做好系统预防,规避产品应用风险并设计出真正满足客户需
求的产品;在产品设计阶段提出了如何使用设计失效模式分析,阐述如何做好功能
设计问题预防,确保产品的设计可靠性;在制造计划阶段提出了如何使用流程失效
模式分析,阐述如何做好流程分析及改善控制,确保的可制造性;在生产计划阶段
提出了如何使用生产失效模式分析,阐述如何做好生产方式和方法分析及改善控
制,确保产品的顺利生产和上市。通过上述的改善方案以及每个阶段个性化的 SOD
控制,新产品研发阶段的质量控制得到了显著的改善,产品的保内失败率大大降
低,客户满意度进一步提高。并且由于新产品研发阶段质量控制的改善,公司的市
场竞争力得到了明显提高。
为了解决 S 公司存在的研发阶段的产品质量控制问题,本文努力探索形成系统
化,规范化并具有实际操作性的质量控制方法,并结合产品的特点在实际研发中不
断完善。本研究对 S 公司研发阶段的产品质量控制的改进有很强的现实意义,对同
类企业研发阶段的新产品质量控制也具有一定的借鉴意义。

Study on New Product Quality Control of S Company
during the R&D
Abstract
With the development of technology and more frequent changes on marketing
requirements , it become more and more important to enterprises how to quickly design
and develop out high-quality products to meet customer requirements and this also be an
important source to maintain market competitiveness. As a foreign-funded enterprise
engaged in critical power protection equipments and cover research and development,
production and sales, the quality of new products has become an key factor to maintain
company’s core competency and how well the quality of the R&D quality management
control is a top priority.
Based on new product design and development quality control theory and tools,
combined with QFD and FEMA integrate theory, S company’s R&D process and product
features , this paper do the in-depth analysis to the existing problems of quality control
during each stage s of products design and development and give the corresponding
improvement solution. In the products concept planning stage, this paper elaborate how to
use the application failure mode analysis and how to do system prevention, to avoid the
risks from products offer and assure the product can meet Customer’s really requirements;
In the product design stage, elaborate how to use design failure mode analysis to analyze
and control the product function design quality to ensure the reliability of new products; In
the manufacturing design stage elaborate how to use the process failure mode analysis and
improvement control to make sure good industrialization; In the production planning stage
elaborate how to use the means failure mode analysis to do production methods control and
improvement for ensuring the smooth production. After the above improvement actions
with personalized SOD setting during each stage of quality control SOD control, design
and development , the quality of design and development has been a significant
improvement , the in warranty failure rate is greatly reduced and the customer satisfaction
is improved . Then company’s market competitiveness enhances and gain more share due
to quality control during new products design and development
