本论文主要包括五部分内容。第一部分阐述了现代农业模式选择的相关理论。
第二部分分析了盘锦市高升经济区农业发展的基本现状，探讨盘锦市发展现代农
业的概况，具体分析高升经济区的政策状况、经济状况和产业状况。在此基础上，
分析高升经济区现代农业发展中遇到的问题。第三部分总结国内外现代农业的先
进发展模式，找出适合盘锦高升经济区农业条件的现代农业发展模式，具体分析
了美国、日本、西欧以及我国沿海先进地区的现代农业发展经验。现代农业发展
模式，如美国、日本和西欧模式，都是在工业化过程中探索出适合国情的农业现
代化建设之路。国内沿海地区先进模式在很大程度上结合了美日欧三种农业模式
的实践，探索出独特的农业发展模式。盘锦市高升经济区发展现代农业也要结合
国情、地情，找到一条适应地方特色的现代农业发展模式。第四部分分析盘锦高
升经济区如何选择的合适的现代农业发展模式，包括现代农业发展模式的选择和
比较、影响因素和园区产业集群模式的优势。第五部分从产业链、科技含量和制
度创新等几个方面，为盘锦高升经济区现代农业发展模式的构建提出相关建议。

Abstract
Our government always pays attention to the development of modern agriculture
and the northeast old industrial base. Modern agriculture is in the preliminary planning
stage in Panjin City, facing the adjustment of industrial structure and the development
of modern agriculture mode selection of opportunities and challenges. Though with
good industrial advantages, such as good agricultural foundation and higher level of
agricultural mechanization, it is also facing many problems，such as low technological
level, the low industrial level, the unskilled farmers, the small number of cooperative
organizations as well as faulty agricultural social service system.
This thesis is divided to five parts. The first part is used to describe related theories
of the agriculture mode selection. The second part is conceived to analyze the economic
status in Panjin City. It is used to analyze policy conditions, economic conditions and
industry conditions in Panjin city. On this basis, it analyzes the problems of
development of modern agriculture in Gaosheng Economic Zone. The third section is
designed to summarize the home and abroad advanced development modes of modern
agriculture and find out suitable pattern for Panjin with natural conditions. It also
analyzes modern agricultural development experience in the U.S., Japan, Western
Europe and China's coastal developed areas. Modern agricultural development modes of
the U.S., Japan and Western Europe are suited to their national conditions in the process
of industrialization. The advanced modes of the coastal areas of China Combine with
the practice of Japanese and European modes to a great extent and explore their own
agricultural development mode. It needs to raise economic development of modern
agriculture to find a local characteristic of modern agricultural development mode with
national conditions.The fourth section is used to analyze how to choose a suitable
development mode of modern agriculture in Panjin city. It includes influencing factors,
