本文运用 ERP、项目管理的理论和方法，对沈阳供电公司实施 ERP 项目的开
展环境、具体问题进行了分析和研究，为沈阳供电公司成功实施 ERP 项目提供了
系统的方法和思路。本文围绕沈阳供电公司 ERP 项目实施的过程，对 ERP 项目实
施的项目组织机构设计、项目计划编制、项目实施过程中的各个阶段开展进行了
全面、系统的分析，提出了 ERP 项目实施管理的系统思路，形成了一套完整、系
统的实施 ERP 项目的管理方案。本文对正在实施和即将实施 ERP 项目的电力企业
在 ERP 项目的实施管理方面提供了实用的借鉴，对研究电力 ERP 项目实施的机构
和企业有积极的参考价值

The rapid growth in the global economic and political integration and application
of information today, electric power enterprises to rapid development must take the road
of enterprise information management. The implementation of ERP system in China
State Grid Corp, become the powerful guarantee measures to improveenterprise
management, to achieve information management, to enhance the core competitiveness
of enterprises. This reference to experience of electric power enterprise ERP system
application and information construction in recent years, combined with the situation
and task of China's electric power enterprises are facing, taking the ERP project of
Shenyang power supply company, the implementation of management for the specific
case, analyze, explore the management way of implementing ERP project of electric
power enterprise.
In this paper, using the theory and method of ERP, project management, analysis
and research the environment, the specific problems of implementing ERP project of
Shenyang power supply company, provides the method and thought of system for
Shenyang power supply company in the successful implementation of ERPproject. In
this paper, the ERP project in Shenyang power company implemented the ERP project
implementation, project organization design, project planning, project implementation
process in each stage to carry out comprehensive, systematic analysis, put forward ideas
to implement the management system of ERP project, form a complete set of
management plan, the implementation of the system of ERP project. Electric power
enterprises based on being implemented or to be implemented ERP project provides
practical referencein the implementation of management of ERP projects, the
implementation of ERP project on the power of institutions and enterprises have a
positive reference value.
