了整理。总结和分析了当今环境下先进企业的常用的生产模式和计划模式的优、
缺点。为改善 JLTY 企业在制定生产计划方面的不足提供理论支持。
其次，在新经济体系的冲击下，生产方式已经发生了根本性的改变。通过
更深入的学习和研究对比，针对新、老环境下制造业企业的生产和计划的有关
理论特点，提出了对 JLTY 公司生产计划的系统模式的质疑，并且综合了 TOC、
MRPII、JIT 理论，组建适合当前发展需要的生产计划的系统模式，同时将协调
模式深入到了各个级别的生产计划中，以实现在供应链集成平台下各级计划信
息的共享和集成。并应用具体实例验证了计划方法的科学性。

Research on production plan and management of JLTY
company under the environment of supply chain
Main competition in the 21st century is not the competition between enterprises
and enterprises, but the sustainable development of the enterprise itself and the high
attention paid by enterprises to the management of the supply chain, the sharing of
supply chain information value is the main basis of our production plan management.
In order to make quick response to the unpredictable market, you must first have
production planning management mode which is suitable for enterprise itself. Under
the condition of existing production management mode, the order is our enterprise's

enterprise for its existence. With orders, for sustainable development enterprises will
reduce controllable cost, allocate resources reasonably, and strive to minimize
inventory, and maximize resources.
Firstly, you need to learn the theoretical knowledge of the production plan ,at the
same time, summary current production planning model. Summarize and analyze of
advantages and disadvantages of production mode and planning mode , which is
commonly used by advanced enterprises under the condition of environment which
provides theoretical support for production planning deficiency of JLTY.
Secondly, under the impact of the new economic system, a fundamental change
has happened to production mode. By deeply study and research comparison. In view
of related theory characteristics of the new and old manufacturing enterprises under
the environment of the production and the plan, doubts are raised for production plan
system mode of JLTY company with integrating the TOC, MRPII and JIT theory.
Planning plan system model suitable for current development needs is set up, at the
same time coordinate model will be go deeply into every level of the production plan
in order to realize information sharing and integration the plan at all levels in the
supply chain integration platform . And verify the scientific plan method by
application of specific examples.

在发展的初期，低成本曾是我们最大的依仗，也是参与国际竞争的主要手段，
而随着我国自然资源的大量减少，以及这些年制造业企业对我国生态环境的严重
破坏，属于我国的这种优势正在慢慢削弱。随着世界经济受美国次贷危机和欧债
危机的影响，全球经济也渐渐陷入了低迷，而世界三大经济体系北美自由贸易区，
中国-东盟的自由贸易区域和欧盟的所需量都在快速的变少，因此我国出口的外
贸订单也变得越来越少，这样我们的制造业也慢慢变得衰弱，仅靠给予的订单使
很多制造业企业根本没有办法继续维持，更谈不上发展。我们当前的这些企业还
有很多因素在限制，比如原材料、能源，劳动力和土地价格的增长。随着世界经
济的慢慢复苏，市场竞争日益激烈，人们对产品的需求愈来愈多样化、个性化、
舒适化，客户的需求呈现愈来愈多的不确定性，产品的品种种类愈来愈多，数量
愈来愈少，生命周期也愈来愈短。我国的制造业企业为了适应这种环境的变化，
企业纷纷由纵向一体化的管理模式转向横向一体化、扁平化的管理模式，在信息
化进程飞速发展的新时代，企业之间的竞争也转变为供应链条间的竞争。使用网
络技术整合供应链中的商流、信息流、资金流乃至物流，同时计划、协调、控制
和组织。将供应商、生产商、分销商、零售商，形成一个整体的网状链条机构紧
密的联系在了一起。以达成供应链上下游企业之间加强相互合作，形成利益共同
体。
生产计划管理系统是联系供应链上下游企业和各个环节的纽带，是保障自身
生产运营活动良好运行的重要依据，根据组织所处的内外部环境，对产品的品种、
数量、质量、产值、交货期等指标做出的计划安排。在生产型企业中，企业的各
项计划的制定都是围绕着生产计划进行的。良好的生产计划能够降低生产经营成
本，提高资源配置率。生产计划主要回答了生产什么、生产多少、如何生产、何
时开始生产、何时结束生产、在哪里生产等问题。
