Abstract
Industrial Park is an agglomeration industries, promote the upgrading of
industrial enterprises, speed up the county's economic development “booster”. Only
high quality industrial park conducive to enhancing regional competitiveness, but also
the government grasps the importance of the development of industrial economy, an
effective platform for investment and urban construction of the model window. Yi
Men industrial park was established in 2003, around the mining and metallurgy,
ceramics, building materials, food processing three leading industries, forming a
rational division of labor, the layout properly, distinctive features, advantages
highlighted, structural optimization of Special Industrial Park. In the rapid
development Yi Men industrial park there are also mutually supporting imperfect, the
slow progress of new projects, the destruction of the ecological environment and
other issues, failed to give full play to the park's unique location and resource
advantages, in essence is the strategy management of absence. Therefore, easy to
implement strategic management of industrial parks Yi Men to structure and
organization becomes very necessary.
In this paper, strategic analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation,
strategic evaluation of four levels for strategic management Yi Men Industrial Park
conduct research, to build a more comprehensive strategy for Yi Men industrial park
management system. In the analysis of the external environment and internal
environment, based on the strategic positioning and strategic objectives set, determine
industrial clusters, investment, talent revitalization, environmental optimization of
strategic management core content, accurate positioning from the development goals
and paths, carefully constructed system of internal support , trying to create the
external conditions for development, focusing on eco-orchard four aspects to promote
institutional innovation strategy for the implementation of safeguards, and the
establishment of a park covering economic development, sustainable development
