摘 要
随着经济全球化和相关技术的高速发展,中国工程机械行业已经跨入了
一个新的发展阶段,同时随着市场经济的日益完善,工程机械设备市场形成
了异常激烈的竞争局面,现代企业仅靠较高的生产效率、足够好的产品质量
已不足以获得市场竞争的优势。此时谁能及时了解和引导客户的需要,第一
时间推出满足客户需求的产品,谁就能赢得市场赢得竞争的优势地位,于是
各机械设备制造企业纷纷加大力度研究市场需求、研究新产品开发、加速产
品的推陈出新和更新换代

集成产品开发(IPD)是一种以客户需求为导向,通过跨部门团队合作,
以项目组的形式及时推出符合市场需求的产品的高效产品开发模式。IPD 通
过各决策点的评审活动将新产品开发过程作为企业的一种投资行为来控制,
实现投资方和承诺方的互动,使得资源分批受控投入,既满足项目进展需要,
又避免投资失控的风险,种种优势使得 IPD 这一世界一流的新产品开发模式
成为了众多制造业企业的首选

本文研究从 IPD 的客户需求、产品开发、流程等概念入手,首先简要介
绍 IPD 的相关理论及国内外研究情况; 其次以南方路机为例,对工程机械
设备企业采用 IPD 体系的过程进行详细的介绍,通过对企业的内外部条件的
分析和评价,根据企业及其产品的特点编写 IPD 流程架构、各阶段、各节点
的模板和操作指导文档,根据南方路机 IPD 的运行情况进行总结分析。重点
阐述集成产品开发管理体系的组织结构、关键活动、常用分析工具及衡量指
标,最后总结南方路机公司推行 IPD 的经验和成果。 南方路机集成产品开
发模式和流程管理体系的应用支撑了公司快速发展和国际化扩张,使公司在
产品开发周期、产品质量、成本、响应客户需求、产品综合竞争力上都取得
了根本性的改善,企业从依赖个人英雄主义转变为依靠管理制度来推出有竞
争力的高质量产品。通过分析归纳出制造业企业实施 IPD 的关键点,为将要
实施或正在实施集成产品开发管理体系的公司提供借鉴

Abstract
With economic globalization and the rapid development of related technology,
Chinese construction machinery industry has entered a new stage of development,
and with the increasingly sophisticated market economy, Chinese construction
machinery industry formed a fierce competitive situation, the enterprise can’ t
relying on higher production efficiency、 good enough product quality to get
market competitive advantage any more. At this moment if who can
understanding and guide the customer's requirements, and provide products to
meet customer’s demand at the first time, who will win the market and win
competitive advantage position, so the manufacturing companies have increased
efforts to study the market demand and new product development, accelerate
product innovation and upgrading.
Integrated Product Developmen(tIPD)is a products development model which
based on customer’s requirements ,through multi department group cooperated as
project group to launch the suitable products .IPD control the new products
development as a kind of investment behavior through review the decision point
of the new product development process, and to achieve interaction of the
investor and the promiser, making the controlled resource inputs step by step, not
only to meet the progress needs of the project, but also to avoid the risk of
investment runaway, all the advantages making IPD the world's leading new
product development model to become the first choice of many manufacturing
enterprises.
In this article will introduce IPD start from the concepts of research of
customer needs, product development, process , first a brief introduction of the
IPD related theories and case studies national and international ; then use FuJian
South highway Machinery Co., Ltd. as a example, detailed introduce the process
of engineering construction machinery enterprises adopt IPD system, conduct a
comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the internal and external conditions of
enterprises , according to the characteristics of enterprises and products compile
