目前,信息系统对于一个企业来说,发挥着越来越大的作用。组织的变革必
然引起信息系统的变化。
首先,本文叙述了滚石移动集团组织变革和信息系统重构的研究背景,并且
对研究的相关理论进行了综述。
其次,本文分析了滚石移动集团的现状,包括:组织结构现状,企业业务现
状,企业信息系统建设的现状以及企业面临的外部市场环境的变化。通过针对现
状的分析,指出滚石移动集团发展面临的问题和应该采取的应对策略。
再次,本文根据组织变革理论分析了滚石移动集团组织变革的实施和组织变
革带来的影响。同时,组织变革对信息系统提出了新的要求,伴随着组织变革,
信息系统必须进行重构。信息系统重构是一个 IT 项目,企业必须依据项目管理
的理论和工具,进行项目管理。笔者进一步分析了信息系统重构项目的实施管理
工作。
最后,本文针对组织变革和信息系统重构进行了总结和展望,指出滚石移动
集团组织变革后,组织结构的发展趋势。同时,笔者阐述了滚石移动集团的信息
化工作,还需要进一步完善的领域。

ABSTRACT
With the enterprise development, organizational structure will not be static. With
the changes of external environment and internal environment, enterprises must face
the organizational change. Organizational change would inevitably lead to changes in
other aspects of the enterprise. For example: management processes, levels of
management, information systems and so on.
Information systems for an enterprise, are playing an increasingly important role.
Organizational change would inevitably lead to changes in the information system.
First of all, this paper describes the research background and the theory about
organizational change and information systems reconstruction in the Rock Mobile
Group.
Second, the paper analyzes the present situation of the Rock Mobile Group,
including: the organizational structure, the business situation, the information systems
and the external market environment. So, the paper pointing out that the strategy
should be adopted to deal with the problems faced by the enterprise development.
Again, according to the organizational change theory, this paper analyzes the
implementation of the organizational change and the impact of organizational change
in the Rock Mobile Group. Along with the organizational change, information
systems must be reconstructed. Information systems reconstruction is an IT project,
the project must be based on the theories and tools of project management. The author
further analyzes the management of the project.
Finally, this paper points out the organizational structure trends after the
organizational change in Rock Mobile Group. In the same time, the author describes
the information work of the Rock Mobile Group in the future.
