本文以天津
GN
公司为例,运用企业战略管理相关理论和工具,为该公司设计了
符合自身实际的发展战略规划,提出了促进战略顺利实施的保障措施。本文首先介绍
了研究对象——天津GN公司的历史沿革和经营现状,通过相关介绍指出了尽快为该公
司制定出一个既能够保持自身竞争优势,又能够符合利益相关者要求的企业发展战略
的重要性。随后,本文对公司战略和战略管理的一般理论进行了简要回顾,并运用上
述理论和工具,重点阐述了天津GN公司的经营管理现状,分析了公司面临的外部和内
部发展环境。在此基础上,本文设计了天津GN公司的发展战略规划,提出了公司发展
的整体思路、业务结构调整原则和新业务的布局安排;最后,本文从开展商业计划行
动、加强全面预算管理、加快科技创新、实施人才强企战略、完善内控流程等九个方
面提出了战略实施的保障措施。

ABSTRACT
Corporate strategy is the enterprise development strategy, is the enterprise development
and long-term sex, overall, basic issues of strategy. Strategic management of enterprises from
the overall and long-term view of enterprises in the competitive environment, major issues of
survival, development and success, is a modern enterprise leader's main functions, is at the
core position in the modern enterprise management, is one of the key factors to determine the
success or failure of the enterprise business.
In this paper, the Tianjin Company GN as an example, using the enterprise strategic
management theories and tools, development strategy in line with their actual design for the
company, proposed the guarantee measures for promoting the smooth implementation of the
strategy. This paper first introduces the history and current management research object --
Tianjin GN company, through the relevant introduction points out as soon as possible for the
company to develop a can maintain their own competitive advantage, the importance of
enterprise development strategy and can meet the requirements of stakeholders. Then, this
paper gives a brief review of the general theory of corporate strategy and strategic
management, using the above-mentioned theories and tools, focusing on the management
status of management of Tianjin Company GN, analysis of the company's facing external and
internal development environment. On this basis, this paper designs the strategic plan for the
development of Tianjin Company of GN, put forward the overall train of thought, the
adjustment of business structure and principles and the new business arrangement of company
development; finally, put forward the strategic implementation safeguard measures in nine
aspects from the business plan of action, strengthen the comprehensive budget management,
speed up technological innovation, the implementation of talent strong business strategy,
improve the internal control process.
