薪酬体系设计是现代薪酬管理的重要组成部分。因为科学的薪酬体系、合理
的薪酬结构、市场化的薪酬水平和良好的薪酬激励机制,是企业留住人才、吸引
人才、充分调动员工工作积极性、主动性、创造性和赢得市场竞争优势的关键。
论文首先介绍了有关薪酬与激励的基本概念和相关理论,然后以转制企业DF
公司为研究对象,分析了 DF公司管理人员在企业转制后的薪酬体系现状,找出了
现行薪酬体系存在的问题,并按照薪酬体系的设计理论、方法和流程,针对DF公
司管理人员的实际情况进行全新的薪酬体系再设计和研究,提出了新的薪酬方案
的实施建议。希望通过对DF公司管理人员薪酬体系的研究和改进,给转制企业带
来新的生机,也想通过新薪酬体系的激励作用,为企业发展注入正能量。同时,
也期望通过在完成转制的企业进行薪酬体制改革的实践,为转制企业进行薪酬体
系的改革探索一些具有参考价值的经验和操作方法。

Abstract
To design a salary system is an important part for the modern salary management.
Because a scientific salary system,a reasonable salary structure, a market-oriented
salary level and a good salary incentive mechanism are the key of enterprise to keep
them staying in the enterprise as loyalty employees, attract the talent to the enterprise,
give fiill play to staffs work enthusiasm, initiative and creativity and win the market
competitive advantage .
In this paper, the writer first introduced the basic concepts and the related theories
of the salary and motivation. And then, the writer took Hie DF company as the example
to analyzed the current situation of the salary system, the existed problem and its
reasons and the necessity and importance of the adjustment of the salary system of the
DF company after it transformed. After that, according the theory, method and
procedure of the salary designing, the writer designed and researched a completed new
salary system and released an implementation advise of a new salary system plan.
By researching and improving the salary system of DF company, the writer wanted to
bring a new vitality for the enterprise which after transformed, and provide a positive
energy for the improvement of enterprise by the motivation from the new salary system.
At the same time, also expect to explore some experience which have reference value
and operation method, by enterprise which achieve transform carrying out the reform of
salary system.
