在当前全球经济一体化的背景下,市场的竞争将更加激烈,中国制造企业的快
速发展面临着同样的问题和挑战,由此对企业的信息化建设提出了迫切的需求。北
重集团是国家唯一的大中口径火炮动员中心和火炮毛坯供应基地,是国家常规兵
器重点保军企业,由于生产的产品品种较多,数量较小,具有典型离散制造特点,
导致信息化需求很复杂。本论文利用现代项目管理理论为依据,从实施企业角度去
研究探索企业应该如何实施ERP系统,并对项目实施上线后出现的问题进行了研究,
此研究方案为其他制造企业实施ERP具有一定参考借鉴意义。
本文首先介绍了本文的研究意义、目的、结构及方法。同时,在对集团公司ERP
实施方案进行分析和研究的基础上,总结出北重集团ERP实施方案主要包括项目介
绍、实施准备工作、实施过程研究、实施后系统上线工作研究及实施效果分析等五
方面。较全面反映了 ERP实施方案内容。其次,认真分析了 ERP实施方案所面临的
风险,并通过后期制定的方案很好的规避了风险,使北重集团ERP项目实施达到了
初步的预期效果。

Abstract
In the current context of global economic integration,market is more competitive
than ever, the rapid development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises encounters the
same problems and challenges,which make demand of the informationization
construction in enterprises. The North Heavy Industries Group is the only medium
caliber artillery mobilization center and the rough artillery supplying base,also is the
National Conventional weapons Enterprise. Because of its various kinds of products
with small batches and customization, so that its informationization needs is
complicated. This paper explores how to implement ERP system from an user
perspective,analyzes the potential risk during the ERP implementation and how to
solve the existing problems during the ERP implementation, according to the modern
project management theory, under the guidance of ERP project implementation
solution and combining with the successful cases of the current foreign
manufacturing enterprises, this solution studies have guide roles for the ERP
implementation in other manufacturers.
This paper firstly introduces the significance, the purpose,the structure and the
method of this paper, meanwhile, this paper sums up the ERP implementation
solution of The North Heavy Industries Group including project introduction, the
preparatory work, the process, the system on line and the effect analysis.lt reflects the
content of the ERP implementation solution more fully. Secondly, this paper carefully
analyzes risks encountered during the ERP project implementation, and proposes a
method which avoids risks,the above measures are applied to projects in the The
North Heavy Industries Group, and produce the desired results.
