作为一个典型的中型美国采购公司，北美经济的波动，对 WK 公司的业绩有
较大的影响。所以公司的运作结构也实时随着利润的变化而进行调整。负责供应
商质量管理的品质部门自然也有不少变化。由于这几年北美经济低迷，而中国经
济的增长导致生产和采购成本增加。我们同许多国际贸易公司一样，都在想方设
法采取各种手段以期降低采购和管理成本。同时，生产加工工厂也是绞尽脑汁从
各个方面降低生产成本，例如材料的变化或替代，管理部门减员，检验检测内容
的减少。这对于生产质量控制，无论从主动还是被动方面来讲，都是绝对的不利
因素。
本文从 WK 公司近年来质量管理部门架构的变化，阐述了本公司对供应商品
质管理战略的发展和演变过程，分析了这些变化的所造成的影响和后果，然后提
出了改善和解决意见。

manufacture of world. Because the advanced technique an d the produ ction control
ushers in and studies, at the sam e time along with the exaltation of the governm ent
and citizen's character, the quality is more valued by the public. For m ost of realm ,
the quality manages to have a huge function. The quality manages system and quality
audit became the essential condition of a business enterprise substantial development.
And quality cost is one of the contents in business.
To be a m edium-sized US purchasing company, North Am erica economy wave
is influence on the accom plishment of WK . So the operation structure carried on
adjustment with the variety of profits wh ile being also solid. The quality section is
also has many varieties synchronously. As th ese years economy in North America is
overcast, but the growth of Chinese economy causes production and purchasing cost's
increasing. We are trying to lower the cost of purchase and management. At the same
time, factory is doing sam e, for exam ple the variety of m aterial, to reduce m ember,
reduce the examination. This is absolutely disadvantageous.
This thesis elaborates WK management developing of strategy and analyzed the
result of influence and result from the variety of quality management section structure
these years. Then put forward the reasonable improvement.
