港中旅集团经过几年信息技术的发展,建设了完善的OA系统、BI系统、
信息系统控制和其他计算机系统,但系统不断扩大,也带来了控制难度。对于
如此众多的系统,用户信息统一身份控制,一直是一个难题,存在信息孤岛的
应用系统之间,用户很难记住多个用户名和密码。集团面对着信息系统之间数
据访问共享等控制不足的问题,同时系统之间信息数据访问,也缺乏有效的统
一控制。因此,必须要建立一个功能齐全的企业门户,以便更好地解决港中旅
信息企业面临发展中的问题,增强加强内部控制,降低了维护服务的劳动成本,
为企业带来更大的优势。
本文首先阐述港中旅基于合并集团全体员工信息和合作伙伴的控制平台,
所有系统的内容、过程的文档和有效信息都需要整理,信息必须通过自上而下
的传递、自下而上汇报,提供给业务分析平台进行整合。随后通过建立一个更
完善的垂直门户系统,整合业务流程,从而提高总部工作效率,内部控制。包
括门户建设的关键性、功能应用、规划方案、平台设计方案所有这些信息问题
在建设过程中,迫切需要通过技术整合实现门户提供给员工一个好的工作平台
的门户网站。该项目是通过香港中国旅行社集团香港综合门户建设,通过门户
系统负责提供应用平台基础设施一体化,通过系统之间安全用户登录,个性化
的内容显示,内容控制,协作和服务;门户与其他应用系统之间,实现统一用
户认证、用户授权控制、门户与OA、消息、Bi和企业控制信息系统的应用集成
控制,建立在一个基于员工使用简单的角色不同的应用界面,各门户系统集成
功能包括与业务系统集成带来的价值,各个系统单点登录SS0的实现原理与
LDAP整合方案。最后要通过具体项目实施进度,同时有效的项目控制对该项目
起到了指导的作用,包括项目推进的基本过程的优化,项目组织架构的建立确
保干系人的责任,项目实施计划确保进度和质量,最终成功实施并完成了项目
验收和推广。

Abstract

concentration, all of the information content, processing and finishing, and analyzes the necessity
of information must be through the top-down, bottom-up and analysis of information content
information platform. Then through the establishment of a more perfect vertical portal system,
the integration of the business process, specification, so as to improve the control ability of
headquarters and management efficiency. The construction process includes the portal
construction key, function application, planning, platform design all these information problem,
urgent need through the integration of technology to realize the portal provides staff, positioning
more accurate portal platform. Secondly, the project is the Hongkong integrated portal
construction in Hongkong China travel group, through the portal system provides a platform for
infrastructure integration, access security checks on user, personalized content, content
management, collaboration and service portals and other application system, between industry
and markers of portal, unified user authentication, user authorization integrated control of
application management, portal and OA, news, Bi and enterprise management information
system, based on a based on application level employees use simple different roles,integrated
