摘要

面对日益激烈的石油行业竞争环境,县区石油公司自身竞争能力的高低直接决定

其是否能够在激烈的市场竞争中获取持续发展优势,因此,云南省县区石油公司作为

直接面对消费者的销售服务组织,提升其竞争力显得尤为重要。

本文在论述企业竞争力相关理论基础上,首先分析了云南省县区石油公司内外部

环境,其中内部环境包括资源条件、员工素质和管理水平三个方面,外部环境则有县

域经济环境、石油行业环境、销售市场环境和竞争结构四个方面。其次,分析评价了

云南省县区石油公司竞争力构成要素,包括管理竞争力、规模竞争力、盈利竞争力和

成长竞争力等,并在明确竞争力构成要素基础上,对县区石油公司发展战略进行了

SWOT分析,探讨了影响县区石油公司竞争力的主要问题——包括来自公司内部的管

理、经营、成本费用、服务队伍问题以及来自公司外部的相关问题,针对这些问题,

理性地提出了提升云南省县区石油公司竞争力的措施。

Abstract

Faced with increasingly fierce competitive environment in the petroleum industry,

county petroleum companies own competitiveness will directly determine whether it can

get sustained competitive advantages in the market. It's particularly important to Yunnan

County Petroleum Company to enhance their competitiveness that is a Sales and service

organization directly to consumers.

Firstly, on the basis of relevant theories of the competitiveness of enterprises, this

paper analyzed the Yunnan county petroleum company's internal and external environment,

internal environment included three aspects which was the resources conditions, staff

quality and management level, external environment included the county's economic

environment, the petroleum industry environment, the sales market environment and

competitive structure. Secondly, the paper evaluated and analyzed the competitive factors

of petroleum counties in Yunnan, the factors including managing competitiveness, scale

competitiveness, profitable competitiveness and growth competitiveness. On the basis of

clear competitive elements, the development strategy of the county Petroleum company

was carried on the SWOT analysis, and summed up the roles of the county petroleum

company competitive analysis for development strategy role. Finally, the paper explored

the competitiveness problems about county petroleum companies, which were mainly

associated with the company's management, operations, cost and service teams and outside

the company, the paper proposed some measures to promote the competitiveness of county

petroleum to solve these issues.
