摘 要
随着烟草行业竞争的加剧以及国际市场对中国的影响的增加,烟草行业越来越感
受到来自市场的挑战和压力,尤其是在采购方面,深受季节、政策的影响。实现企业
的采购信息化,可以大力提高企业的综合性竞争力,是烟草企业应对国内外挑战的有
效手段之一。基于 Agent 的 MES 采购系统,可以连接企业底层 ERP 海量数据和采购
子系统中计划采购与库存控制数据,作为企业信息化建设的重要环节,在理论界已经
成继 MRP 与 ERP 之后烟草行业企业的信息化建设亮点与热点。厦门烟草也不例外,
启动了管理信息化升级项目,基于这一背景,文章在运用的基础目的上结合理论热点
进行了研究。

因此,针对烟草行业采购行为,本文以实际运用为目标,进行了一系列探索,对
用基于 Agent 的烟草 MES 采购系统进行研究。本文的主要工作内容如下:(1)分析烟
草行业采购现实问题,认清了主要存在于招标不够透明、供应商选择不科学;生产与
采购统筹规划不够合理两个方面。(2)基于解决问题的目的查阅资料,研究了最新理
论即将 Agent 思想运用于 MES 采购系统中。(3)运用最新理论开发出原型系统解决问
题,并验证其科学性。

基于以上思路,本文共由五章组成。第一章为绪论部分,介绍了本文的研究背景、
目的与现实意义。第二章对基于 Agent 的烟草 MES 采购系统作了理论上的介绍,即
综述了当前的研究成果,也运用上提出了自己的想法,即将 MES、Agent 综合运用于
采购系统开发中。第三章具体分析了采购系统的两个模块:供应商选择与评价模块,
安全库存模块。第四章介绍了基于 Agent 烟草 MES 采购系统开发的规划、实施、及
功能评价相关内容。第五章对文章的研究成果进行了总结,指出了研究中的不足及未
来研究方向。文章的研究技术路线按照提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的步骤,针对
烟草行业采购流程中易出现的仓库积压、缺货原想操作等问题提出研究。得出基于
Agent 的烟草 MES 采购系统可以解决上述问题。

Abstract
As the tobacco industry and the international competition market in China increases,
the influence of the tobacco industry is more and more feel the challenge and pressure
from the market, especially in the area of procurement, by season, the influence of the
policy. Achieve the purchasing information of the enterprise, enhance comprehensive
competitiveness, is an effective method for tobacco companies cope with challenges. MES
purchasing system based on Agent as connecting the top enterprise resource plan ERP and
the bottom equipment automatic control system PCS the important bridge between, is the
key link in enterprise information construction, has quickly become the bright spot and
focus in the ERP after tobacco enterprise information construction.
Project of whole MES solutions and application ability, meet the demand of enterprise
application, realize rapid response manufacturing and improve the reliability of product
quality goals, solve the bottleneck problem of tobacco information development in China
for a long time, rapidly improve the tobacco manufacturing execution ability; On the other
hand, data mining tools use to forecast future trends and behaviors, especially for the
tobacco industry, and strive for the vast amount of data and data mining technology, digital
manufacturing, collaborative management, and provide product quality using the tobacco
industry information technology companies such as innovation in terms of product quality
reliability growth, improve China's tobacco industry's product innovation, management
innovation and competitive method, technology and software support, realize the goal of
global optimization in manufacturing enterprise information system management.
