ABSTRACT
With the development of economy, the vigorous development of socialist market
economy with Chinese characteristics presents a good trend. Since reform and opening up,
Ningbo ART furniture limited liability company , as a representative of small and
medium-sized enterprises becomes one of the rapid and sustainable development of the
important economic subject. It has strong strain capacity, large development space,but in
terms of scale, capital, government support compared with large enterprises at a disadvantage,
so in the process of economic effectiveness' improve and industry scale's expansion there will
inevitably emerge a series of problems and challenges. As an important part of business
administration, Compensation management is also the core of human resource management,
so it is particularly important to formulate a scientific and rational salary management system
which is more suitable for enterprise development. Learning advanced experience in the
international the rising of economic dynamism in the domestic market provides a good
environment and atmosphere on building compensation system. In this article,the author
makes an systematic and exhaustive study on the original saraly situation and the current
problems,uses the theory of payment design and integrating the basic principles of fair
competition , economic strategic and legality, through the design procedures of the job
responsibilities and position evaluation’s analysis,then has designed a set of compensation
scheme suitable for the state of the company by using Human Resource Management Theory
and methods. Meanwhile,the author offers safeguard measure to help the work will be more
fruitful under this plan.,that is , to give full play to staff's work enthusiasm, enhance enterprise
employees sense of belonging, identity, provide and guarantee the support for the enterprise's
overall strategy development, realize the sustainable development.
