随着时代的发展,人们对个人电脑(Personal Computer)越来越呈现个性化需求,如
性能特殊、外观与众不同等。这些新的需求变化促使PC制造企业从大批量的生产模式
逐渐转向对个人用户的定制化(Configure To Order)生产模式。面对CTO模式下订单量
大、产品配置多样、订购少量的特点,PC制造企业面临着该如何有效管理CT〇订单
的问题。比如,如何接收客户大量订单、如何高效组织生产、如何快速出货等问题。
F公司是国际大型PC OEM制造企业,其平均每日从客户接收的CTO订单达到
15000张,高峰达到60000张订单,且每张订单均需在接单后48小时内出货。面对如
此巨量的订单,采用人工处理的订单管理方法根本无法达到这样的出货要求,因此,F
公司实施了能自动化处理的订单管理系统平台来解决企业订单管理的问题。
本论文以F公司为案例,研究分析了 F公司在制造PC产品时,F公司是如何管理
销售订单、如何组织订单生产与出货。并对F公司面临的订单管理现状与问题进行分
析,及就解决这些问题所使用的思路与解决方案进行分析。
.本论文先对F公司的组织管理架构、CTO订单类型、PC产品配置清单(BOM)、组
合优化生产、订单合并出货、发票管理、ERP系统平台等方面对公司的订单管理现状
进行分析并总结问题所在。然后针对这些现状与问题,本论文详细分析了 F公司通过
依靠SAP及IT技术,成功实施订单EDI互交、订单自动化处理及订单追踪系统三大
订单管理系统的解决方案,从而实现CTO订单从接收、.生产、出货到发票等一系列的
自动化处理流程,该流程不需人工操作,大大提高了工作效率,达到快速出货目的。
本论文最后以实施CTO订单自动化处理系统后的F公司实际运行数据,证实CT〇
订单得到了准确、高效的管理与控制,满足了客户随时查询订单状态的要求,为企业
创造了价值。证明本论文总结的CTO模式的订单管理经验与解决方案是可以被其它企
业借鉴与参考的。另外,本论文还对F公司目前的CTO订单管理系统提出了改进措施,
以更加适应未来的业务变化。

Abstract
With the development of the times, people on PC (Personal Computer) has increasingly
presented individual needs, such as special performance, unique appearance and so on.
These new prompting changes in demand from high-volume PC manufacturers to gradually
shift production model customized for individual users (Configure To Order) mode of
production. Face CTO mode order volume, product configuration and diverse, ordering a
small number of features, PC manufacturing enterprises are facing the CTO orders how to
effectively manage the problem. For example, how to receive a large number of customer
orders, how to efficiently organize production, how fast shipping and other issues.
In this thesis, Company F as a case study analyzed F in manufacturing PC products, F
company is how to manage customer orders, how to organize production and shipping orders.
And order management company faces F status and analysis of the problem, and to solve
these problems using ideas and solutions for analysis.
Company F is a major international PC OEM manufacturers, the average daily CTO
received from client orders reached 15,000, the peak reached 60,000 orders, and each order
is required in orders within 48 hours after delivery. Faced with such a huge amount of orders,
orders processed using manual management methods can not achieve such a shipment
requirements, therefore, F Company has implemented energy management system for
automated processing of orders order management platform to solve business problems.
In this thesis, the first of the company's organizational and management structure F,
CTO order type, product Bill of Material(BOM), combinatorial optimization production,
order consolidation shipments, invoice management, ERP system platform and other aspects
of the company's order management to analyze the situation and concluded that the problem
lies. Then these status quo and problems, this paper analyzes the Company F SAP and IT
technology by relying on the successful implementation of interactive EDI orders, orders,
and order tracking system for automated processing of the three major order management
system solution, enabling CTO orders from the receiver,production, shipments to the
invoice and a series of automated processes, the process without manual operation, greatly
improving the work efficiency, to achieve fast shipping purposes.
The paper finally CTO order to implement automated processing systems F after the
company's actual operating data, CTO orders have been confirmed accurate and efficient
management and control, to meet customer requirements of order's status, create value for
the F enterprise. This paper summarizes the evidence CTO model order management
experience and solutions that can be a reference for other companies. In addition, the paper
also Fs current CTO order management system improvement measures were proposed in
order to better adapt to future business changes.
