摘 要
近年来,通信行业处于巨大变革中,中国电信业转型战略正在全面实施。新一
轮网络建设的展开,给邮电工程行业带来了巨大的机会。作为邮电工程行业一员的
南京邮电工程公司正面临的新的发展机遇。但是,随着中国电信业的转型,邮电工
程企业与电信运营商的关系发生了巨大的变化,面对新的市场形势,南京邮电工程
公司只有对所处内外部环境因素进行客观分析,制定合适的发展战略,才能得以良
性发展
本文在对现有国内外战略管理理论进行梳理、消化、研究的基础上,提炼出南
京邮电工程公司的发展战略研究的思路。并借助文献查阅、访谈等方法,应用PEST
(政治、经济、社会、技术)分析、五力模型、价值链、SWOT(优势、劣势、机
会、威胁)分析等工具,结合公司的实际情况,对南京邮电工程公司战略规划中涉
及到的各种因素进行梳理,制定了“成为以市场为中心,以客户为主线,优化业务
结构,积极开拓优质业务;使公司成为组织合理、管理完善、关注员工与企业的共
同发展,使广大员工共享企业成长的成果和利益,共同成长的,南京地区一流,省
内著名,华东地区具有一定影响力,能够辐射全国重点地区的通信施工企业。”的
