本文以DX公司员工为研究对象,采用实证分析的方法,遵循发现问题、分
析原因、找出解决方案的思路,以激励理论为指导,以DX公司的工作经验为实
践基础,对DX公司员工激励机制情况进行了介绍,重点分析了 DX公司在员工激
励机制上存在的问题,然后从职业生涯规划、薪酬福利、绩效管理、培训体系建
立、组织文化建设五个方面优化构建了 DX公司员工激励机制和具体工作方法,
最后,给出DX公司构建员工激励机制的支撑保障措施。
通过对DX公司员工激励机制的实证研究,优化构建DX公司员工激励机制,
更加有效地对员工进行激励,提高员工的工作积极性,适应企业战略转型和快速
高效发展的要求。

Nowadays,China telecommunications market competition is fierce, with the
continuous development of telecom market, business and the development of new
products, as well as the whole business operation strategy and the implementation of the
transformation of telecom enterprise strategic goals determine, human resource
management is becoming more and more important in role in the enterprise operation
and development, for enterprise employees incentive is more difficult. Therefore, it is
necessary to re-examine current problems in the incentive mechanism, strengthening
incentive and incentive mechanism for knowledge learning, build the company
employees incentive mechanism.
Based on DX company staff as the research object, adopt the method of empirical
analysis, found the problem,analysis reason, find out the solution mentality, guided by
the incentive theory,based on the practice of DX company work experience, situation of
DX company employees incentive mechanism are introduced, mainly analyzed the DX
company on employees&39; incentive system problems, and then from the career planning,
training, c&b,performance management system optimization, organization culture

According to the positive research on responsibility of employee incentive
