City center是一个多功能高端城市综合体，其中包括价值4000万美元的现代艺术装置和雕塑，都是由世界著名艺术家制作。这里有超过2400个公寓房间以及提供4800个酒店房间，分布在围绕着水晶购物中心的几座高矮不一的建筑塔楼里。其中有一座有4000个房间的酒店赌场，另还有两座400房间的酒店——包括一个227间房的文华东方（Mandarin Oriental）酒店和一座harmon hotel&SPA。其中的Crystal购物中心有约48000平米的面积。
