摘要
近年来,随着我国经济体制改革的不断深化和高新科技产业的发展,软件开
发企业的发展愈来愈呈现出多元化、多形式的局面。随着软件产业的市场化水平
提升,加之国家宏观政策的指引,软件企业在n益激烈的市场竞争中,各方面的
能力都得到了加强,软件幵发也随之活跃和规范起來。作为软件开发项目的重要
工作之一,项目成本管理取得长足进步,软件丌发企业项目成本管理水平有了较
大提高。在这种情况下,对于软件幵发企业的项目成本管理已经成为一个重要的
研究课题,并且具有非常重要的意义。

对于项管理来说,其s的是为了使项目能够按照预定的成本、进度、质量
顺利完成。软件项目管理的对象是软件工程项目,为了保证项目的顺利完成,我
们需要根据软件工程项目的特点,对软件项卩丨的需求、成本、人力、进度、风险
等多方面进行分析,从而明确我们在软件项目各个阶段所要进行的各种管理活动。

在软件项目幵发过程中,成本、进度和质量形成了项目的三大关键,成本管理并
不是孤立的存在的,它是伴随着项目的幵发进度和质量同少进行的,因而项目的
成本管理一直是一个薄弱的环节。在保证项目进度和质量的同时进行成本管理也
显得尤为要。

鉴于此,本文从项目管理者的角度出发,首先对软件项目成本管理的相关理
论和实践方法进行了归纳和总结,探讨了项目成本管理的过程,研究目前常见的
项目经典成本管理方法,如COCOMO成本估算模型、PMBOK中的成本管理理论
体系,项丨:丨成本控制屮的挣得值分析方法等。然后以这些体系为基础,通过调研
通软公W的项H管理实践,结合公司的实卩小_情况,提出一食适合通软公司的兵有
可操作性的软件项II成本符理方案。最后运用GS5.0软件幵发实例,分析了软件
项H的成本符理。通过案例研究,对软件项丨i]的成本符理进行系统地研究和总结,
为软件公…以后进行软件项丨丨J卩发提供参考,也为:il:他软件企业进行项发提
供借鉴和指导。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the deepening of China&39;s economic reform and development
of the high-tech industry, software development companies increasingly showing a
diversified pattern of development in various forms. The active participation of the
national macro policy guidance and enterprises, and the sense of competition and the
ability to respond to market has been strengthened, has made considerable development
software development project cost management, project cost management level have
been greatly improved . In this case, the cost of the project management for software
development companies has become an important research topic, and has a very
important significance.
For project management, its purpose is to make the project successfully completed
in accordance with the predetermined cost, schedule, quality. The software project
management software projcct, in order to ensure the smooth completion of the project,
according to the characteristics of software projects, the demand for software projcct
cost, human progress, risk aspects of analysis,so clear in software various management
activities to be carricd out by the various stages of the projcct. Cost, schedule, and
quality of the formation of the three key projects in the process of software projcct
development, cost management is not an isolated existence, it is accompanied by the
development of the projcct progress and quality simultaneously, and therefore the cost
of the project management has been a weak link, at the same lime ensure the progress
and quality of the project cost management is particularly important.
In view of this, wc proceed from the point of view of the projcct managers, and
summarized First, the cost of software projcct management theory and practiccs, to
explore the proccss of project cost management, to study classic common projcct cost
management methods, such as COCOMO cost estimation model, the theory of cost
management system in the PMBOK projcct cost control, earned value analysis methods.
Then based on these systems, through soft project management practices through
research, combined with the actual situation of the company, set lor opcrability of the
software projcct cost management solutions through soft. Finally, wc use the wave of
GS5.0 software development example, the cost of the software project management.
Through ease studies, systematic study and summarize projcct cost management
software for software project development after the software company to provide a
reference for other software companies to provide reference and guidance for project
development.
