摘 要
创业是当今社会一项极具魅力的人类实践活动它通过技术创新和组织突破
为社会经济发展提供了主要动力极大地改变了世界经济的格局在我国创业
活动已成为中国经济腾飞的助推器
20 世纪80 年代开始人们对创业的兴趣骤然而增全世界每年新开业的小企
业数以百万计但遗憾的是不少企业经营不了几年因此如何去创立并经营好
一家成功的企业自然就成了人们特别是预备或正在创业者所关注的课题
创业管理作为一门新兴管理学科和新的管理方法主要针对企业创业阶段
的运营实际通过不断识别创业过程中的关键环节和机会调适平衡整合机
会资源团队这三项要素以解决创业过程中的实际运营课题带领企业尽
快求得生存并最终实现持续稳定健康的发展
本课题研究针对阿尔麦迪公司的创业实际遵循创业管理的一般规律注重
对创业管理过程中关键环节与关键问题的识别自觉运用管理学的基础理论和专
门知识并借鉴国内外先进的创业管理理念和成功经验从行业竞争分析入手论
证了阿尔麦迪公司的创业机会确定了公司的战略定位和远景目标制定了公司
的经营战略构建了与公司创业阶段相适应的创业团队组织结构和企业文化体
系通过不断地思考探索并解决创业过程中出现的机会团队资源等三项要
素匹配失衡问题有效地解决了公司创业过程中的实际运营课题为公司的创业
实践提供了理论和方法上的指导使创业理论与创业实际得到了有效的结合从
而使公司创业活动得到不断推进一步步逼近公司的创业远景目标在创业实践
中取得了较好的效果
本论文是对阿尔麦迪公司创业管理研究与实践阶段性成果的总结是创业管
理理论与我国国有企业内部实际创业工作相结合的结晶对公司的创业活动起到
了积极的指导作用相信对于我国类似企业和科研机构的内部创业活动也能起到
启示与借鉴的积极作用

ABSTRACT
Entrepreneurship is a most interesting human practice in the world and an
important source of innovation and progress in the economy. However, a sizeable
number of new companies fail in the early stages. In a significant number of cases,
companies fail because they do not excel at executing their business model.
Entrepreneurial management addresses precisely these issues. Its objective is to
bring together the expertise of top management teams that have faced the issues
associated with growing beyond the start-up phase with existing knowledge as
developed in the academic world, both in the entrepreneurial management and
management systems fields.
This project focuses on the entrepreneurial management issues of Almati Co., Ltd.
First, the project values the business opportunities to the company. The second, it
shapes the business model, the competitive landscape, the business strategy for the
company. And then it constructs the top management team, the organizational structure,
the planning, performance evaluation and measurement systems, and the entrepris
culture systems of the company. Finally, it leads the company to a successful start-up
phase through solving the main and key entrepreneurial management problems of the
company effectively.
The successful experience of the project is summarized in this report. The
experience in effective combination of practice together with theoretical developments
will inform managers on how to best implement management systems to successfully
transition from the start-up phase.
