本文首先对迈克尔·波特竞争理论进行了阐述,并就战略定位理论进行了进一步
的论述,然后简要的介绍了核心竞争力理论,分析了中国柴油喷射产业竞争现状和特
点,描述了中国柴油喷射产业竞争格局与竞争行为,对中国柴油喷射市场和用户进行
了细分,接着对中国柴油喷射主要制造商及其竞争战略进行了表述,并对中国柴油喷
射主要制造商的核心竞争力进行了对比。随后,文中列出了中国柴油喷射竞争格局存
在的问题,并对影响因素进行了分析。从而得出了结论,中国柴油喷射民族企业和各
跨国企业在高端产品竞争优势上有很大差距,针对这些现状和问题,作者对中国柴油

Abstract
China diesel injection industry is becoming the focus of multinational company’s
competition, as an important element to the development of diesel engine industry. The
research of China diesel injection industry competition will be of important significance to
the development of China diesel injection industry. Till now few people have researched on
this topic. Through this research the possible solution could be given for the local
manufactuers.
In this article, the author first referred the competition theory of Michael Porter and
further theory of competition strategy positioning and core competitiveness theory as well,
described China diesel injection industry competition characteristic, analysed major
competitors in China diesel injection industry with their strategy in China. Then, analysed the
industrial competitiveness of major competitors in China diesel injection industry by
segmenting the market and the customers and compared the competition strength between
them. After that, the current problems in China diesel injection industry were pointed out and
influence factors were analyzed. Finally, the author summed up and gave the suggestions for
how to face the actual situation for local manufacturers such as license strategy, multinational
companies’ supplier strategy, innovation management strategy, diversify market strategy , fast
reaction strategy and low cost strategy.
