合作关系,取得其技术服务资质”的建议,得到了公司管理层和相关生产商的
重视,目前合作已进入实施阶段。
在人力资源管理策略方面,本文指出了公司现有人力资源管理体系的不足,
并针对不同群体的特征,结合公司实际,提出可操作性的方案和建议。
ABSTRACT
The thesis utilizes SWOT method to analyze the internal strengths and
weaknesses, external challenges and opportunities and the core competence of the
Lan Lian Equipment Maintenance Corporation. Conclusions are drawn on the future
development strategies of the corporation, including the investment strategy,
marketing strategy, human resources strategy, and corporate culture that goes along
with the strategies.
On marketing strategy, this thesis advocates the company to “establish
cooperative partnership with major manufacturers of mechanical, electrical and
instrumental products, and be granted the certification to be their local technical
service agent”, which has gained attention from the top executives in the company
and the manufacturers as well. Practice has been made on this subject.
On human resources management strategy, this thesis points out the weakness of
the established human resources system in the company, and accordingly proposes
some feasible suggestions and solutions with regard to the real situation of the
company and characteristics of different groups involved in the human resources
issues.
