系改革及其设计的必要性。

ABSTRACT
This article after introduction research background, goal, content and structure,
elaborated the inspection, the drive, the drive pattern emphatically and so on and the
drive pattern design related theory. Through realized by oneself that, as well as to the
central each kind of personnel's understanding and the analysis, had found the central
existing drive pattern existence question, and is the rear service unit according to the
center the characteristic, determined by the administrative offices, the unit, the
institution personnel, the operator, Leader Ban, the talented person and so on the
outstanding staff takes the drive pattern design the object.
