论文共分为6章:第1章为引言,介绍选题背景、研究目标及意义、研究内容框
架及创新点;第2章为理论和应用综述,介绍相关理论及研究方法;第3章为对H
集团财务管理问题的分析,总结出影响经营效益及长期发展的核心问题;第4章
为H集团财务共享信息系统的设计,基于用户需求分析,提出应用需求“六率模
型,,(即提升“经营管控效率”、“资金管理效率”、“会计核算效率”、“业务运营效
率”、“业务增值效率”以及“内外部客户满意率”),进而进行信息系统结构、信
息流向设计及管理流程优化;第5章为财务共享信息系统在H集团的应用方式研
究,从六个角度论证财务共享信息系统的有效应用方式;第6章为论文总结及对
未来展望。
本论文的创新点在于:目前学位论文数据库中有少量研究企业财务管理模式转
型的论文,但研究财务共享信息系统设计及应用的论文则非常少,论文在课题上
有一定创新;基于H集团财务管理面临的问题,对信息系统上线进行需求分析,提
出系统应用需求“六率模型”(即系统的设计与应用应有效提升企业“经营管控效
率”、“资金管理效率”、“会计核算效率”、“业务增值效率”、“业务运营效率”、“客
户满意率”),在思路上有一定创新;关于企业财务信息系统的研究,大部分论文围
绕如何提升财务管理效率来展开,论文在此基础上进行延伸,提出六方面应用,
有效提升企业财务管理效率及整体业务运营效率,在应用上有一定创新。

ABSTRACT
Financial management is the core of enterprise management.lt runs through the
business activities of each link andeach business unit. H Groups mainly face the
following six questionsifinancial management and control is very difficult because of
the complex organization and struture, diversified operation and regional
management.Business operation has low efficiency and high cost The poor financial
service quality can't efficiently sevice sales promotion.The financial information fails to
support decision.Application of financial information system and mode of the shared
service can effectively solve the problem above, but this topic is still less in the
domestic research.
Paper is divided into 6 chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, it introduces
the background, research goal and significance, research contents and innovation; the
second chapter is the theory and application,introduces the problem research in the field
of existing theory and research methods; the third chapter summary H Group financial
management major problem, sum up the six problems which has effect onthe efficiency
of operations and long-term development of H Group;the fourth chapter introduce the
design of financial information sharing system, according to summing up upgrade needs
of six efficiency of financial management (M business management efficiency’’,
capital management efficiency,’,accounting efficiencyoperations”, business value
added efficiency and customer satisfaction,then design the system structure,
information flow and management process; the fifth chapter is the research for the
applicationsof financial information sharing system in H Group,dovalidity
