摘要
营运资金是维系我国汽车经销商日常经营活动的基础,经销商的营运资金管理水平
将直接影响其一定经营周期内资金盈利的能力。因此,强化营运资金管理是我国汽车经
销商企业适应激烈的市场竞争、提高整体盈利能力、增强内部核心竞争力、寻求稳健发
展的内在要求。

强化营运资金管理首先需要汽车经销商转变营运资金管理观念、制定科学合理的资
金管理制度、拓宽融资渠道、提高商业信用等级、加强存货管理、提高资金使用效益,
此外,还需要汽车生产厂商和商业银行等关联机构在商业政策方面的支持,以及政府对
汽车行业的正确引导。

本论文在对汽车经销商的营运资金管理动因、效应和影响因素进行分析阐述的基础
上,介绍了我国汽车经销商营运资金管理的现状,并对其进行了较为详细的调查研究,
同时查阅了大量国内外有关营运资金管理的资料,分析归纳了汽车经销商在营运资金管
理方面存在的问题。在案例分析中,对x公司的营运资金管理现状进行了介绍,深入分
析其存在的问题,将经销商在营运资金管理中的流动资产、流动负债以及融资渠道等实
际情况与相关理论联系起来,从营运资金的盈利性和风险性着手,有重点地进行阐述分
析,从总体上提出了改善我国汽车经销商营运资金管理的对策和措施。

ABSTRACT
Working Capital is the foundation of daily business activities of China's auto dealers, the
level of working capital management will affect the funding level of profitability directly in a
certain period.Therefore, strengthen working capital management of China's auto dealers is
the internal requirement in order to adapt to the intense market competition, improve the
overall profitability, enhance internal core competitiveness, and seek the steady development
of the inherent requirements.
Firstly, automobile dealers should change the concept of working capital management,
formulate scientific and rational financial management system, broaden the financing
channels, improve business credit rating, enhance inventory management and improve capital
efficiency. In addition,they also need support in the commercial policy of the automobile
manufacturers and commercial banking and other affiliates,as well as the correct guidance of
the automotive industry of the government.
On the basis of theoretical analysis on the auto dealer working capital management, this
paper describes the current situation of working capital management of China's auto dealers,
makes a more detailed investigation and study, and access to a large number of domestic and
international working capital management information, analysis and summaries the problems
in working capital management. In the case, the paper describes X company's working capital
management status, and makes a in-depth analysis of its problems, the actual situation of the
dealers in the working capital management, current assets, current liabilities, as well as
financing channels and related theories are linked together,it proceeds from the profitability
and risk of the working capital,elaborates and analysis, put forwards some management
policies and measures to improve the working capital management of China's auto dealers.
