中文提要
邮政速递业务(EMS)是中国邮政的核心业务,是邮政产业中最快捷的信息和实
物传递方式,其收入已占到邮政业务收入的 20%左右。近年来,邮政速递所占的市场
份额不断萎缩,相对于跨国速递巨头,邮政速递的竞争力也不断下降。本篇论文主要
研究无锡邮政速递在市场竞争日益激烈的情况下应当采用的竞争战略。

论文简要介绍了竞争战略的理论基础,就波特竞争战略理论的主要观点进行了阐
述,着重介绍了五种力量模型和一般竞争战略。在理论研究的基础上,着重研究了竞
争战略理论在无锡邮政速递中的应用。论文通过比较邮政速递和其他快递公司的竞争
力,深入分析了无锡邮政速递的竞争环境以及所处的地位,提出了邮政速递业务应采
取的竞争战略,并结合实际提出了企业在面对竞争时需采取的各种措施,期望能通过
这些具体举措的实施促进邮政速递业务的更快发展。

Abstract
EMS is one of the core services of china post, meanwhile it’s the expeditious
information and goods delivery way. Income of EMS has taken up 20% of total income.
Lately, the market share of china post EMS service has been dropped continuously.
Comparing to some big express enterprises of foreign countries, the competence of china
post EMS is declining. This paper mainly studies the competitive strategy of Wuxi EMS
while facing the increasing intense market competition.
The author briefly introduces the fundamental theories of the competitive strategy and
states the chief points of Porter’s theory of competitive strategy. This paper puts emphasis
on the Five Forces Model and the general competitive strategies. On the basis of the theory
of competitive strategy, this paper emphatically studies the application of the competitive
strategy in Wuxi Post EMS. By comparing the competence of the postal service with the
other express delivery company, analyzing the competitive environment the EMS of wuxi
is in and the status of its rivals, I suggest the main strategy EMS should adopt and the
various measures should taken in the competitive market. We expect can through these
concrete measures implementation promote postal EMS service quicker development.
