《普茨迈斯特机械公司供应商品质管理手册》(161页).rar 目录 一、　概要： 1、　PMS　供应商质量控制组织结构图 2、　供货技术条件及验收要求 3、　样品试制递交报告要求 4、　批量生产递交报告要求 5、　来料不合格品纠正与预防措施报告 二、　KC1、2、6　零件的采购要求　（WN　0009） 三、　PMS　的标识规则　（WN　4022） 四、　PMS　的焊接标准　（WN　4001） 五、　PMS　的材料标准　（WN　3001） 六、　PMS　表面处理标准（WN4023） 供货技术条件及验收要求 Technical　Specifications　and　Acceptance　Requirements　for　Supplies 1.　原则/Principle： 1.1　本要求作为订货合同的组成部分及图纸、标准的补充。 These　requirements　are　part　of　the　contract　for　goods　and　supplementary　to　the　drawings　and standards. 1.2　供应商必须对在加工、装配以及使用过程中，由于所供产品本身的质量问题所造成的损失负责。 The　supplier　shall　be　held　responsible　for　any　loss　resulted　from　the　process,　assembly　and　use　of　the products　it　supplies　due　to　defective　quality　of　the　products. 1.3　批量供货中，若材料、工装、模具或工艺改变时，必须得到普茨迈斯特（上海）机械有限公司　(以下简 称PMS)认可，否则所有损失由供应商负责。 In　batch　supplies,　in　the　case　of　altering　any　of　the　materials,　tooling,　dies　or　processes,　the　supplier shall　inform　Putzmeister　(Shanghai)　(hereinafter　is　referred　to　as　PMS)　of　the　change　for　its　approval, otherwise,　the　supplier　shall　be　liable　for　all　the　resulting　losses. 1.4　供应商将重要零件交分供方加工时或更换PMS　已认可的分供方时，必须经PMS　质量部的审核，否则将 取消该供应商供应这些零件的资格。 When　the　important　part　is　subcontracted　or　a　subcontractor　is　replaced　by　another　one　who　has approved　by　PMS,　the　supplier　shall　inform　PMS　Quality　Department　to　re-audit,　otherwise,　PMS　will cancel　this　supplier＇s　goods　supply　qualifications. 2.　技术要求/Technical　requirements： 2.1　供方必须严格按PMS　提供的图纸及DIN.、WN　标准生产，对于没有图纸或任何标准的零件，供方在生 产前必须自行测绘PMS　提供的样品图纸，经PMS　工程部确认后方可生产。 The　supplier　shall　base　its　manufacturing　strictly　on　the　drawings　provided　by　PMS　as　well　as　DIN　and WN　standards.　In　the　case　of　no　drawing　available　or　no　standard　for　reference,　the　supplier　shall generate　the　drawings　by　itself　after　the　samples　provided　by　PMS.　The　generated　drawings　shall　be submitted　to　PMS　Engineering　Department　for　confirmation　before　being　used　for　manufacturing. 2.2　供方必须严格按PMS　材料要求进行生产，下料之前供方必须对原材料的材质进行复检，只有合格的原材 料方可投产；对更换材料的，需征得PMS　工程部书面确认。 The　supplier　shall　base　its　manufacturing　strictly　on　PMS＇　material　specifications,　the　supplier　shall re-inspect　the　material　to　verify　its　quality　before　manufacturing.　Only　qualified　material　can　be　used in　manufacturing.　For　change　material.....
