摘要老龄化程度的日益加深给我国养老服务体系提出了挑战。近年,政府推出多
条政策鼓励金融机构创新养老金融产品和服务,满足居民多样化的养老需求。S
银行作为城商行,所处地区人口老龄化现象突出,为更好服务养老客户,S 银行
在养老服务金融领域积极探索,取得了一定的成效,同时也存在着一些问题。本
文结合金融科技背景对S 银行养老服务金融业务进行了研究,提出了业务发展的
相关建议。
本文以S 银行为案例,首先分析了金融科技对商业银行养老服务金融发展的
影响,在此基础上对S 银行养老服务金融业务展开具体研究,发现S 银行在养老
服务金融业务中存在着养老金融产品缺乏吸引力、养老客户线上服务体验不高、
金融科技复合型人才短缺、异地分支机构服务水平较低的问题。产生这些问题的
原因为:金融科技应用不够深入、成本因素及技术因素制约服务体验的提高、薪
资上缺乏吸引力、内部制度不完善、养老金融相关政策缺失。基于对S 银行养老
服务金融业务现存问题及原因的分析,本文提出了以下发展建议:第一,深化金
融科技应用,提高养老金融产品创新水平。第二,加大投入力度,提高线上平台
服务体验。第三,加大人才引进,强化人才队伍。第四,完善内部制度,强化技
术赋能。为保障建议顺利实施并取得相应成效,还需要两方面的保障措施:养老
金融制度的健全可以提高S 银行创新养老金融产品和服务的积极性,规范养老金
融市场环境;居民养老金融知识的提升可以帮助居民树立正确的养老投资观念。

Abstract
Abstract
The deepening degree of aging poses a challenge to China's old-age security
system.In recent years,the government has launched a number of policies to
encourage financial institutions to innovate pension financial products and services to
meet the diversified pension needs of residentsmercial banks occupy an
important position in my country's financial system and are the key force supporting
the construction of my country's elderly care service system.As a city commercial
bank,S Bank has a prominent population aging phenomenon in its area.In order to
better serve elderly care customers,S Bank has actively explored in the field of
elderly care service finance and achieved certain results,but there are also some
problemsbined with the background of financial technology,this paper studies
the pension service financial business of S Bank,and puts forward relevant
suggestions for business development.
Taking S Bank as a case,this paper first analyzes the impact of financial
technology on the financial development of commercial banks'pension services,and
on this basis,conducts a specific analysis of S Bank's pension services financial
business.It is found that S Bank has some problems in the pension service financial
business,such as the lack of attractiveness of pension financial products,the low
online service experience of pension customers,the shortage of financial technology
compound talents and the low service level of remote branches.The reasons for these
problems are:the application of financial technology is not deep enough,cost factors
and technical factors restrict the improvement of service experience,lack of
attractiveness in salary,imperfect internal system and lack of policies related to
pension finance.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and causes of S Bank's
pension service financial business,this paper puts forward the following development
suggestions:first,deepen the application of financial technology and improve the
innovation level of pension financial products.Second,increase investment and
improve the service experience of online platforms.Third,increase the introduction of
talents and strengthen the talent team.Fourth,improve the internal system and
strengthen technological empowerment.In order to ensure the smooth implementation
of the proposal and achieve corresponding results,two safeguard measures are also
needed:the improvement of the pension financial system can improve the enthusiasm
