You have joined the ***hotel chain in China as well as the world.***
It is our aim to make our guests’ stay ? be they from overseas or local, as only then will our
reputation grow and business increase accordingly. We strive for the highest possible standard. To achieve this
standard it is necessary that certain rules and regulations be followed by all of us. This booklet is designed to give
you the information you need to know on what to do and what not to do. If there is any unclear, you can aslo ask for
your deparment head or HR department. We will try our best to help you. Aslo remember to “scan” the hotel Notice
Board, all hotel information is posted on it to keep you up to date and ready for work.

4.1 Introduction of our hotel
重庆协信锦江酒店位于重庆市江北区核心商圈内,该项目命名为协信中心,是一座集商场、酒店、酒店式公寓、
甲级写字楼为一体的城市综合体项目。该项目由商业裙楼与三栋塔楼组成,其中 ? 沤踅逍羌毒?br>品商务酒店,建筑面积约 26879 平方米,另两栋塔楼分别为酒店式公寓,建筑面积约 24286 平方米,甲级写字楼,
建筑面积约 40758 平方米。
拥有 286 间豪华客房及商务套房,并设有大型宴会厅及各类会议设施,中餐厅、西餐厅、浪漫酒吧、水疗及健
身中心等一应俱全的五星级精品商务酒店,是现代商务、会议、旅游下榻及会客的理想之所。
The Chongqing JinJiang Sincere Hotel located in the Central Business District of JiangBei District Chongqing.
The hotel is part of the Sincere Center which includes shopping mall, hotel, apartment and office tower. The
Sincere Center integrated project contain three buildings, the total construction area of hotel building is 26879
square meters, apartment building is 24286 square meters and the Office tower is 40758 square meters.
The hotel has 30 floors, totally 286 rooms and contains banquet halls, Chinese restaurant, western
restaurant, lobby bar, spa and health center, etc.
4.2 酒店的业主 Owner’s introduction

5. 聘用条款 Employment term
5.1 聘用 Employment
***酒店是公正的雇主。凡符合条件的应聘者,不论种族,肤色,性别,宗教信仰,年龄及国籍,均会被考虑。
招聘员工的途径主要是通过广告,向学校和社会公开招 聘,我们会优先考虑内部员工的提升和调职来填
补空缺。在同意聘用时,雇佣双方将签署具有 法律效力的正式合同。***hotel is an equal opportunity employer. All suitable candidates will be considered for employment
regardless of race, colour, sex, religion, age or national origin. New associates are normally recruited through
advertisements, public employment and schools. Internal associates will always be given the priority of
transfer or promotion to fill in the new position before any external candidate is considered. Upon
agreement of employment, both parties will sign ? which carries legal effect.
5.2 体格检查 Medical examination
1) 在被正式聘用以前,请你务必到酒店指定的防疫站接受体检,体检费用由你先垫付,如果你
顺利通过试用期,我们会为你报销体检费用。身体健康是从事酒店业的前提,只有体检合格
的人员才会被我们聘用。
Prior to commencement of employment, you need to undergo ? examination
conducted by Ningbo Epidemic Prevention Station. The physical examination expense will be paid by
yourself first. Then it can be reimbursed if you have passed the probation period. Remember, Health is
the most important thing for entering into hotel industry, only for whom has passed the physical
examination will join us.
2) 按照政府规定,你每年必须进行一次体检以保证酒店整体的卫生状况,体检费用由酒店支付。若你不符合
体检要求标准,我们将暂时让你停职并接受治疗,治疗后仍不符合从业标准的将按有关规定终止、解除合
同。
You are required to have an annual medical examination to comply with government regulations. The
Hotel pays for this physical examination. Should an associate be medically unfit for ? e
will be transferred to another position, or may be suspended pending medical treatment or the contract
with the hotel may be discontinued.
5.3 人事记录 Personnel record
1) 你在被聘用前须按酒店要求真实提供个人身份证及有关资料。受雇后若个人资料有变,请务必在变更七天
内通报人力资源部更新资料,我们不希望由于你的通报不及时,而让你蒙受个人应得福利的
损失。
You are required to submit such documents as certificates and information as required by
the hotel upon commencing employment. Should there be any changes in personal
particulars, you are advised to inform the Human Resources Department within ? ate your personal records. We don’t expect that because of the failure for reporting up-dated
personal information, your benefits will be affected accordingly.
2) 酒店会为你建立人事档案。
Personnel files are set up for you.
3) 你的人事资料都将按规定存入酒店员工档案直到雇用的最后一天。
All associate papers will remain in his/her Hotel file until the last day of employment.
4) 你不允许查看你自己的人事档案。
You are not permitted to see your own Personnel Records.
5.4 聘用合同 Employment contract
你在接到正式的录用通知后将会收到并签署劳动合同书,该合同书包括员工和酒店达成的全面性的条款和条件。
合同会注明聘用期限,合同期满时自动失效。
You will receive and sign an employment contract after we have confirmed for your recruitment, which will
cover comprehensive terms and conditions of employment with the hotel. The contract period will bespecified in the employment contract and will be invalid upon its expiration.
1) 人力资源部负责核实员工各类资料、信息的真实性,必要时,可对员工进行背景调查。在核实员工一切资
料、资料后根据需要方可发放录用信函。
Human Resources Department is responsible for the reality of associates’ information, investigating
associate background if necessary. The offer will be extended if all the information is confirmed to be
true.
2) 对于酒店正式录用的员工,必须签订书面的劳动合同及岗位说明书。
Associates who have been formally accepted have to sign an employment contract and position
description.
5.5 酒店制服 Hotel uniform
1) 员工工作时须穿着酒店制服,着装整齐并佩带名牌。员工个人制服要经常换洗,如有破洞应及时修补,
员工因疏忽丢失或损坏制服而引起的费用,由员工自负。
Hotel uniforms must be properly worn with your name tags while on duty. It is the responsibility of the
associate to change uniform for cleaning and for mending whenever necessary. The cost of ? or torn due to carelessness will be charged to the associate.
2) 除酒店批准外,所有员工下班后须将制服返还制服房或锁在更衣柜里,禁止员工在酒店外穿戴任何一部
分的制服。
All uniforms must be returned to the Uniform Room or kept inside the locker when off duty. No part of
the uniform can be taken or worn outside the hotel without hotel's authorization.
3) 当员工离职时,所有制服须返还制服房。
Upon termination of employment (or vacation), all uniforms must be returned to the Uniform Room.
Failure to do so may result in withholding of salary.
5.6 名牌 Name tag
1) 名牌是酒店制服的一部分,因此所有员工在上班时必须佩带。名牌丢失或损坏,须立即报告人力资源部
补发新名牌,相应费用按成本价由员工自负。
All associates are provided with ? ? ociate uniforms and must be worn
correctly while on duty. Loss or damage of the name tag must be reported to the Human Resources
Department immediately for replacement. The associate will be charged according to the cost for
replacement.
2) 当员工离职时,名牌须立即返还人力资源部。
Upon termination of service, the name tag must be returned to the Human Resources Department.
5.7 酒店员工证 Hotel identification card
1) 你一旦被录用,我们会发给你一张员工证。你在员工通道出入酒店或倒班宿舍时,请主动出示此证以方
便酒店保安人员或宿舍管理员检查。保安人员或宿舍管理员有权阻止不出示员工证的员工进入酒店或宿
舍。
You will be issued with ? pon joining the hotel and associate dormitory. Please show
your ID card to the Security Officer for inspection when you enter into the hotel by associate entrance
or the associate dormitory. Security Officers and associate dormitory attendant has authority to
refuse you to entry if you don’t want to show the card to them.
2) 酒店员工证如有遗失,你必须立即报告人力资源部申请补办,我们按成本价向你收取补办新证的费用。Loss of hotel ID cards must be reported to the Human Resources Department immediately for
replacement. You will be charged according to the cost for replacement.
3) 当你被调职或提升,须将酒店员工证交回人力资源部更新。
Upon change of status, such as transfer or promotion, you must submit their hotel ID card to the
Human Resources Department for update.
4) 你离职时须将员工证交还人力资源部。
Upon termination of service, the hotel ID card must be returned to the Human Resources Department.
5.8 入职培训 Hotel orientation training
为了让你尽快熟悉工作及环境,在上岗前人力资源部会安排你参加入职培训。入职培训主要是使员工熟悉酒店
的管理,顾客服务概念,聘用条款,酒店规章制度,培训及发展机会。
You must have an orientation training which is conducted by the Human Resources Department before you
are on duty officially as to familiarize you with hotel's management, customer service philosophies, terms of
employment, hotel rules and regulations, training and development opportunities.
入职培训完后,人力资源部将组织考试,考试的结果将作为你试用期评估的一部分。
After Orientation Training, Human Resources will organize ? of this test will be ? >evaluation result.
5.9 试用期 Probation period
1) 受聘员工都需经过自受聘用之日起三个月的试用期。如员工不能通过试用期,试用期可被延长至另外三个
月。试用期最长不超过 ? iates are required to serve ? of three months from the date of hire. Probation
could be extended to another three months should the performance of the candidate not be satisfactory,
but can not exceed six months.
2) 有下列情形之一的,均被视为不符合录用条件:
O 未满 16 周岁的;
O 被查实不符合招聘时公示的录用条件的(包括不符合《岗位说明书》所要求条件的);
O 在向酒店求职过程中提供虚假的个人履历、劳动关系证明文件或其他虚假信息,致酒店违背真实
意思订立劳动合同的;
O 在订立劳动合同过程中有其他欺骗、隐瞒或其它不诚实行为的;
O 不具备政府规定的就业资格或手续的;
O 无法完成酒店分配的工作任务或工作指标的;
O 经酒店指定医院体检不合格的;
O 患有精神病或犯有《传染病防治法》规定的甲类传染病和乙类传染病的;
O 与原用人单位存在竞业限制约定的;
O 曾经被本酒店或其关联酒店以违纪为由辞退或擅自离职的;
O 酗酒、吸毒的;
O 被判处刑罚,尚未执行完毕的;
O 通缉在案的;
O 本手册规定的其它情形。
No person will be employed if any of the following conditions are met:
O The applicant has not reached the age of 16;O The applicant is confirmed to be incongruent to recruitment qualification);
O The labour contract is worked out based on the false resume, certification of labour
relationship and any other false information provided by the applicant;
O The applicant has other dishonest behaviours in contracting process;
O The applicant lack of national employment qualification;
O The applicant cannot accomplish tasks or guidelines distributed by the hotel;
O The applicant has been certified as medically unfit for employment by the hotel designated
hospital.
O Applicant with mental disease or first and second class infectious diseases stated in the Law of
the PRC on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases;
O There are competition restriction between CROWNE PLAZA and the original company;
O Applicant who has been refused by CROWNE PLAZA and other relative hotels for illegal
behaviours or has left position without authorization;
O Drinking and drug-taking;
O The applicant is in prison term;
O The applicant is wanted by the police;
O Other situations regulated in this handbook.
3) 你在受聘之日起将经过合同所规定的试用期。试用期是酒店用作评估你的工作质量和表现的时期,同时你
也可利用这时期决定其是否能有效地工作和适应酒店的工作环境。
You are subject to ? riod according to the contract from starting date. It is also the
period for you to determine if you can work effectively and fits the hotel's working environment.
Probation constitutes ? ring which the quality of your work and performance can be
appraised and evaluated by the hotel.
4) 在试用期终止时,部门经理将评估你的工作表现并取得你对工作及酒店的反馈意见。评估后部门经理将决
定是否聘用你或延长你的试用期或不再留用。
By the end of the probation period, the respective department head will evaluate your performance and
obtain your feedback on your performance and the hotel. After the evaluation, the department head may
confirm you for appointment, or extend the probation for ? ? or
terminate the contract.
5) 你因为工作需要升职或调至其它部门或岗位,需有三个月的适应时间。如因不适应新的岗位,则退回原工
作部门或由公司分派到其它部门。
If you are transferred or promoted to other position and other department,we still give you 3-month for
you to be familiar with the new environment. If you cannot adapt to it, we will return you to the previous
situation or adjust the other job to you.
5.10 工资支付 Payment of salary
由于我们需要足够的时间统计考勤及计算工资,我们每月 30 日前向你支付上月 21 日至本月 20 日的工资报酬。
每月考勤至当月 20 日。
As we need the time to calculate the salary according to attendance record and other records, salary duration
from last 21st to current 20th will be paid to you before the current 30th.
5.11 个人所得税 Salary tax
按照国家政策,你需要自己交纳的个人所得税,我们会从你每月工资中代扣。
Salary tax is deducted from the monthly salary by us.5.12 工作时间 Working hours
1) 员工每周平均工作时间为四十小时,不包含用餐时间,每周至少休息一天。具体班次和休息日由部门经理
根据酒店工作需要安排。酒店为提供有效运营,必要时有权变更排班表。
Associates are required to work 40 hours, excluding meal break, one rest day per week at least.
Department heads plans duty roster. The hotel reserves the right to change the roster whenever it is
deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the hotel.
2) 员工需按照部门所规定的班次按时穿好制服到岗工作。如员工因故不能按时出勤,应至少提前两小时通知
部门经理,并由部门经理通过休假申请单及时完成休假申请程序。无故不按时出勤或拒绝遵守酒店规定工
作班次的员工,将受到纪律处分。未经部门经理同意(紧急情况除外),员工不得在工作时间内离开岗位。
Associates are required to work on time in full uniform. When he/she has something emergency, ? notice to his/her manager at least. Otherwise, he/she will result in disciplinary action. Without
permission of department head, any associate are not allowed to leave his/her work place during duty
hours.
3) 部门经理将提前为每位员工安排好休假,保证酒店的正常营业不受影响。
Each Department Head will plan and schedule vacation periods for each of their associate in advance
and in ? rmal and efficient operation of the Hotel will not be interrupted.
5.13 加班 Overtime
1) 因营业需要,部门经理要求加班时,员工应予以配合,加班包括加时工作或在公休日、法定假日加班。加
班需得到事先的批准。
Since hotel business requires continuous operation, associates should cooperate and work overtime
when requested by the department head. Overtime occurs when the Department Head requests
additional hours after standard shift hours, on rostered days off or public holidays. Overtime must be
approved in all circumstances.
2) 加班补偿将根据中国劳动法和酒店有关规定执行。
Overtime work shall be compensated by compensatory time off or overtime pay in accordance with the
Labour Law of China and at the discretion of the hotel.
3) 部门经理必须保存其部门员工的完整加班记录。
Department heads must keep an accurate record of all overtime worked by associates in their
departments.
5.14 合同续签和终止 Contract renewal and termination
劳动合同期满前一个月,经部门评估,酒店与员工双方同意后可续签合同。凡是不续签合同的双方均需提前
一个月给予对方书面通知,以确定合同的终止。
After department appraisal, hotel will inform associates, one month before contract terminal, to extend
contract. If any one of two parts does not want to extend the contract, hotel or associate has to give at least
30 days’ written notice or has to give the compensation to replace the notice days.
5.15 工作评估 Performance Appraisals
除试用期、提升和调职评估外,员工每年至少要接受一次工作评估,以便员工了解酒店对其工作表现的评估和
要求以及个人发展建议。Associates have undergo ? performance appraisal every year besides probation, promotion
and transfer from which he/she will be guided by hotel management’s expectation of them and advised of
their work performance and career development.
5.16 辞职 Resignation
1) 试用期间,你可提前 ? 啊?br>You on probation can submit your resignation to the hotel ? .
2) 试用期后,员工如欲辞职须至少提前 30 天以书面形式通知。
After the probation, if you want to resign, you have to give at least 30 days’ written notice.
3) 我们批准你的辞职申请后,请在你的最后工作日后的 ? 侵笆中ㄈ绻枰?br>他人帮忙办理,请出示书面委托书)。超过 ? 硗辏颐墙辉俦4婺愕囊帕粑?br>品。
After your resignation has been approved, please handle and complete all of your resignation
procedure within ? to your last working day. (If you need somebody else to help you,
please show the written notice of authority to HR). If you haven’t completed all the procedure within 7
days, we will not promise you to keep your property in the hotel.
4) 你办理辞职手续时,必须将酒店财产或工具、制服等交给部门经理或相关部门。
You must hand over all the duties, Hotel equipment or tools under your responsibility, to you Department
Head or the H.R Department.
5.17 离职面试 Exit interview
在员工提出离职之际,部门经理或人力资源部总监将和员工进行离职面试。
After associate submits the resignation letter, department head or Director of Human Resource will have a
exit interview with the associate.
5.18 退休 Retirement
1) 员工的退休年龄为男性员工 60 周岁、女性员工 55 周岁。从事高温、有毒有害工作人员的退休年龄,依据
国家的有关法律规定。
Retirement ages for male and female associates are 60 and 55, respectively. For associates work in
high temperature, poisonous and noxious department, the retirement age is determined by relevant
national law.
2) 退休日为员工达到法定退休年龄当年的生日。达到退休年龄的员工须配合人力资源部门办理退休手续,退
休手续结束之日,即为退休之日。退休后,酒店认为必要,而且本人也希望再就业时,酒店可以聘用退休
员工。
Retirement day is the birthday in the year when associates reach their retiring ages. Associate who has
reached retiring age should transact retirement procedure with human resource department. If
necessary, the hotel shall reemploy retired people.
5.19 离职交接 Handover
1) 员工无论因何原因解除或终止劳动合同而离职,必须按照酒店的规定的程序办理工作和资产移交手续:
O 归还所有代表酒店员工身份的证明文件,如工作证、介绍信函、员工信息卡、名片等原件与复印
件;
O 归还所有酒店文件、资料、记录、设备、工具、文具、通讯设备等;O 归还更衣箱、工具箱以及员工保管的所有酒店的钥匙;
O 向继任者或酒店指派的其他同事移交清楚所有工作;
O 与财务部门结算所有应付款项、应收款项;
O 其他属于酒店的物品、资产、数据信息等。
Associates have to hand over all works and assets according to hotel regulation, no matter how the labour
contract was stopped:
O Return all status certification documents, such as hotel ID card, recommendation letter, staff
information card, business card and so on;
O Return all hotel documents, information, records, utilities, tools, stationary, communication
equipments and so on;
O Return cloth changing box, toolbox, and all other keys;
O Clearly hand over all works to the successor or other colleague;
O settle accounts with Finance Department;
O Other goods, capital, data belongs to hotel.
2) 员工办理移交手续时,必须填写书面的《离职者清算手续一览表》,每完成一项交接则须由部门主管或人
力资源部相关人员签字或盖章。人力资源部人员必须与员工在职期间所有领取物品清单核对,并交由部
门主管最终确认。在确定员工所有手续办理完毕后,人力资源部可在《离职者清算手续一览表》完成情
况一栏中予以确认,交接手续此时办结。
When transacting handover procedure, associates will be asked to fill in 《Associate Clearance Form》,
each item should be signed by department head or staffs in Human Resource Department. After
checking all the property, Human Resource Department will submit this table to department head to
further confirm the handover procedure.
3) 酒店依法应当支付给员工的经济补偿金,在员工办结所有离职交接手续时支付。员工如未按照酒店规定
或双方约定办理完成离职手续,酒店可以暂不发放经济补偿金,给酒店造成损失的,酒店有权要求员工
予以赔偿。
Associates who have finished handover process will get economical compensation payment from the
hotel. Other wise, the hotel can delay the compensation payment or ask for additional compensation if
the associate is responsible for hotel’s lost.
5.20 离职后再录用 Re-hire
曾在酒店服务,离职后申请再录用者,依下列规定办理:
Candidates, who have worked in the hotel, applying for re-hiring after Resignation, should follow the
continuing regulation:
1) 原则上,只有在以前的工作岗位中工作业绩令人满意,符合空缺职位要求的人员离职后才能被再次录用。
但曾因过错而被酒店解雇、开除而离开本酒店者,一律不得再录用,除非有特殊技能并由酒店负责人(总
经理)核准。
In formal, only associates who have done good job in original position will be employed when
associates are suitable for the vacant position in hotel. Associates who have been fired by the hotel for
illegal behaviour will not be accepted unless associates with special skills approved by general
manager.
2) 接受再复职的部门,在决定录用前须向酒店人力资源部门报告,经人力资源部门核查无不得再次录用情
况的,呈酒店负责人(总经理)批准后方可再次录用。
Before re-hiring, the employment department should report to the Human Resource Department to
check hireable qualification and ask for further ratification by the general manager.
3) 再录用之人员在酒店的工作年限从再录用日起计算。Working time for re-associates in the hotel starts from the re-hire day.
5.21 裁员 Redundancy
当酒店经营状况或管理政策发生变化或不可能把多余的员工调到其他部门时,在符合法定条件下酒店有权进行
裁员。若员工要被裁减,他们将在一个月之前获得通知,并根据国家有关政策规定和酒店的制度予以补偿。
The hotel reserves the right to make redundant excess associates due to changes in business conditions or
management policy or be it impossible to transfer excess associates to other departments. Associates
shall be notified one month in advance and compensated in accordance with the policy of the PRC and the
hotel if they are to be made redundant.
5.22 第二职业 Double employment
为保证你在下班后能得到充分的休息和身体健康,酒店不允许你从事第二职业及商业活动。对于违反此规定的
员工,我们将视为重大过失,将受到立即开除处分而不须支付任何经济补偿。
To ensure you have sufficient rest and good health after work, you are not permitted to engage in business
activities or in part-time employment with other establishments as long as you are ***hotel associates.
Violation of this rule may lead to dismissal without any compensation.
5.23 亲属的聘用 Employment of close relatives
1) 在与酒店不发生利益冲突的前提下,我们可聘用你的亲属(父母、配偶、子女、兄弟姐妹),但原则上不
能安排在同一部门。
Employment of close relatives (parents, spouse, children, brothers and sisters) in the hotel is only
allowed in situation where there is no conflict of interest. We will not accept that you and your relatives
work in the same department principally.
2) 如果同一部门的员工结婚,我们可能会对其中一名员工进行调职或调转到其他部门工作。
If an associate is married to another associate in the same department, the hotel may change the
position by transferring either associate to work in another department or by terminating either associate
employment when it deems necessary.
6. 仪容仪表 Grooming guidelines
6.1 个人仪表 Personal Appearance
在服务行业,如我们的酒店,个人仪表至关重要。我们所服务的客人会观察我们的一举一动,因此我们必须始
终全力以赴并遵守以下要求:
In ? such as ours, personal appearance is of vital importance. The guests that we serve
observe our every action. Therefore, we must do our very best at all times and observe the following
guidelines:
1) 制服
工作期间必须穿着完整的制服并佩戴名牌。制服要保持干净、熨烫平整,皮鞋要光亮。请上班前在更衣
室内的镜前检查自己是否穿戴整齐。
Uniform
A full uniform and name tag must be worn at all times while on duty. Uniforms must be clean, neatly
pressed and in good condition. Shoes should be clean and polished. Please do ? n
in the mirror before you leave the locker room to ensure that you are well presented before you start
work for the day.

2) 头发
头发应保持清洁,梳理整齐。发型应体现专业及商务的形象。除非是为了配合餐厅主题,酒店不提倡在
头发长度,形式及颜色上搞极端突出,发饰可佩戴暗色小发卡或发圈。
Hair
Should be clean and well combed. Hairstyles should project ? usiness like image.
Extremes of any nature whether of length, style or colour are generally discouraged except when this is
treated as part of the outlet concept. Hair accessories should be kept to ? clips or
dark coloured barrettes may be worn.
3) 化妆
应保持简单,清爽及健康的形象。只许使用清淡香水。
Make Up
Should be simple, light and healthy looking. Only moderate amounts of perfume should be used.
4) 指甲
应保持干净。指甲必须剪短,修剪整齐。只许涂透明及自然色指甲油,且须将指甲全部涂抹均匀。
Finger Nails
Should be spotless. Nails must be neatly trimmed to ? Only natural coloured nail
polish is permitted. The polish should be complete and cover the entire nail.
5) 首饰
私人首饰不许佩戴于制服上。耳环只限于耳钉类。允许佩戴手表及一枚结婚戒指。其它戒指手镯只能在
部门经理允许的情况下佩戴。由于卫生及安全的原因,厨房、管事及餐饮服务的员工不许佩戴多余首饰。
Jewellery
Personal jewellery must not be worn with the hotel uniform. Earrings are to be studs only. ? ng ring and ? tted. Other rings and bracelets can be worn only with permission
from the department head and should not be worn for Kitchen, Stewarding and Food ? vice associates for safety and sanitation reasons.
6) 个人清洁卫生
员工应经常刷牙洗澡以确保无口臭及体味。男员工每天修面、保持干净。
Hygiene
Associates should ensure they do not have bad breath and/or body odour by brushing their teeth
regularly and taking daily showers. Male associates should shave everyday.
7) 除以上标准外,所有员工还应该遵照部门经理对个人仪容仪表的要求。
All associates should also follow the department head's guidelines for maintaining professional
appearance.
6.2 卓越的服务 Standards of Service Excellence
1) 微笑,热情地问候和知会每一位客人和同事,用姓名来称呼别人。
Always smile, warmly greet and acknowledge every guest and colleague encountered. Call people
by name.
2) 友好、礼貌。应尽快和友好地满足每位客人及同事的要求。
Be friendly and courteous. Take care of each guest’s and colleague's request quickly and in ? ner.
3) 整洁,着装及姿态。通过外表和行动来体现专业形象。
Cleanliness, grooming and posture. Project ? age through appearance

and conduct.
4) 致力于让客人感受到舒适及安全。
Be committed to guest comfort, safety, and security.
5) 准确地提供关于酒店设施和周围环境的信息。
Provide reliable information about the services available in the hotel and the local area.

Be helpful. Work to make everything right for the guest.
7) 乐观向上。语言及行为应尽量保持高度的热情。
Be positive and optimistic. Speak and act enthusiastically whenever possible.
8) 向客人提供更多些友善,轻松,诚恳及专业的服务。
Give our guests more of what we already deliver ? ed, genuine, professional service.
9) 留意客人,洞察他们的需要。
Notice our guests and anticipate their needs.
10) 团队精神。尊重,礼貌地对待同事及下属。
Work as ? workers and subordinates with courtesy and respect.
7. 关心你周围的工作环境 Care about your workplace
7.1 清洁的环境 ? nt
为了客人及你的舒适,清洁的环境是很重要的。你有责任时刻保持酒店公共区域及后勤区域的清洁。当你看到地
面有一张纸,请立即将其拾起放置到垃圾桶内。
A clean environment is important for the comfort of both our hotel guests and you. You should maintain the
hotel public and back of house areas clean at all times. When you see ? lying on the floor,
please pick it up and put it in the dustbin immediately.
7.2 文化走廊 Culture Corridor
1) 文化走廊是在酒店员工区域内。你可通过它了解酒店的规章制度、员工福利、奖励、活动及其它酒店的信息
等情况。
Culture corridor is in associates’ area. On these notice boards, associates can learn about hotel rules and
regulations, information on associate benefits, recreational activities, commendations and awards and
other hotel news. Associate personal posting is also available.
2) 文化走廊内告示的张贴由人力资源部管理,未经酒店的许可,请你不要在酒店任何其它地方张贴通知或告示
或故意破坏。否则,将受到酒店处分。
Posting of notices on notice boards is under the control of the Human Resources Department. No notices
or posters may be displayed in any part of the hotel unless authorized by the hotel. Tampering with notice
boards is forbidden and will result in disciplinary action.

7.3 吸烟区域 Smoking area
酒店为吸烟员工建立了专门的吸烟区域,在吸烟区外,员工不许在酒店其他区域吸烟。
Associates are only allowed to smoke in the hotel's designated associate smoking areas. No smoking is
allowed in other areas of the hotel.
7.4 更衣室 Locker Room
为了方便员工更换制服,酒店给所有员工提供更衣室。当员工离职时,请将更衣柜钥匙交还人力资源部。所有
更衣柜都可由人力资源部和保安部共同检查,员工须遵守更衣室规定。
Lockers are provided for all associates to get dressed. Upon termination of service, the locker key must be
returned to the Human Resources Department. All lockers are subject to joint inspection by the Human
Resources and Security Departments. Associates must observe the locker room regulations.
员工更衣室作为酒店区域的一部分,请所有员工时刻保持更衣柜清洁整齐,以下行为是不允许的:
Our locker as ? Please keep the locker clean and tidy at all times. Following items are not
allowed:
1) 在更衣室内晾晒衣服和在更衣柜门上悬挂毛巾等其他物品。更衣柜内存放食物、饮料、危险品及贵重物
品。
Clothes are aired inside the locker room. Food, beverage, dangerous articles, contraband or valuables
are kept inside lockers.
2) 随意堆放物品在更衣室里。
Associates own staff put in the locker room to block the way.
3) 私自转让或未经许可打开他人更衣柜。 强行开启更衣柜或试图打开他人更衣柜,被认为重大过失而按相
关规章制度进行处理的行为。
Transfer or open other’s lockers without approval. Opening ? or trying to open someone
else's locker, considered ? which will result in termination.
4) 将私人贵重物品放在更衣柜内。
Keep valuables or property in the locks to avoid loss or theft.
5) 私自加装别锁。因工作需要变换更衣柜时,须先征得人力资源部同意,未经允许,私自更换更衣柜将受
到纪律处分。
Install an additional lock without permission in order to keep our lockers neat. Transferring of lockers
should be done through the H.R department, when the situation requires. Transferring lockers without
approval will subject associates to disciplinary action.
6) 在更衣室里睡觉、打麻将或玩扑克牌。
Do not sleeping, playing Majiang and playing card inside the locker room.
7) 在更衣室随地吐痰,乱扔东西以及其它不法行为。
Spitting, littering, or any acts contributing to unsanitary conditions in the locker room.
7.5 员工宿舍 Associate Dormitory
1) 需要住宿的员工,请到人力资源部申请,由人力资源部出据书面入住通知单,方可入住。
Associate should apply for dormitory to HR department, and HR department will issue out ? r>form to applier.

2) 住宿员工由人力资源部安排的房间床号,请不要乱占床号或更换门锁,更不要私自随意调换寝室,特殊情
况请先征得人力资源部同意。
Associates stay at bed which is marked number by HR. Please do not occupy the bed, change the lock
or exchange the room without permission, any special case should inform H.R first and ? H.R.
3) 男女员工混住一间寝室是不允许的.
Female and male associate can’t live at the same room.
4) 住宿的员工,请遵守酒店制定的住宿管理规定:
Associates who stay at dormitory should obey the dormitory regulations.
I. 爱护室内及公共区域清洁卫生、保持室内整洁。寝室卫生自理,不乱扔果皮、纸屑、不乱写乱画。
Take care of cleanliness of the rooms and public areas, and the associate must make up the room,
couldn’t throw the rubbish anywhere or draw on the wall.
II. 爱护室内及公用设施设备,若有损坏照价赔偿并罚款,若查不出具体损坏者将由寝室人员平摊费用。
Take care of the rooms or public property, if there is any damage caused by associate themselves,
and hotel couldn’t find the person to take responsibility of the damage, all the associates that stay
at this room will pay for it together.
III. 保持宿舍安静,禁止高声喧哗、打闹和wxd71b108f461928c9活动。为了防止火灾发生,请不要在室内使用电炉等电
器设备和私拉乱接电线。
Keep the dormitory quiet, forbid shouting, and gambling. In order to prevent fire, do not use electric
oven or any other electric equipment, or connect electric line without any permission.
IV. 请不要在将异物丢入厕所及下水道,如有堵塞,疏通费用将由寝室人员均摊。
Forbid to put something which easily cause blocking-up into toilet or sewer, if any blocking-up
happens, the associate in this room will pay the maintenance fee.
V. 每个房间由人力资源部安排床位,拆卸房间内人力资源部安排的床位是不允许的。
HR department arranges four or five beds in every room, so please do not take away any bed.
VI. 请不要将非酒店员工带入寝室。(包括亲朋好友及家属)
Any other people are not allowed to enter in the dormitory, except our hotel associates. (No
exception for friends ? 5) 退还寝室,请到人力资源部登记,为了避免遗失,你应及时将物品搬离,腾出床位,钥匙交回人力资源部.
Returning of dormitory should be registered at HR department. For your own staff safety, associate
should take away all private things in time, keep the bed vacant, and handle the key to HR.
6) 人力资源部不定期对宿舍进行检查,优秀寝室照片会张贴在文化走廊表扬;与此同时,差寝室的照片也会
张贴上文化走廊。
HR will check the dormitory irregularly. Both clean and dirty dorms’ photos will be posted on the culture
corridor.
7) 住宿员工的住宿费用由人力资源部造册、交财务部会从员工当月工资中扣除。
The dormitory fee in every month for associate made by HR department and it will be deducted from the
associate salary by Accounting Department.
凡住宿员工违反以上条款,按酒店相关的店纪店规视情节轻重给予处理。
Any associate who stay at dormitory disobey the above the regulations, will receive the punishment according
to the hotel regulations and rules.

7.6 员工通道 Associate Entrance
1) 除获得酒店特殊批准外,所有员工都经过员工通道进出酒店。
All associates must enter and leave the hotel through the associate entrance, except for those with
authorization from the hotel. Associates are not allowed to return to the hotel when off-duty or on leave.
2) 保安人员有权阻止员工使用酒店正门。
Security Officers are authorized to refuse entry of associates through guest entrances at all times and
through the associate entrance if they are off-duty or on leave.
3) 员工进出酒店并应主动配合保安部的检查。
While using the associate entrance, all associates should also cooperate with the inspection of the
security department on his/her own initiative.

to associates to receive training. The Human Resources Department provides many courses and facilities

In addition, opportunities of cross exposure, training and development, transfer and promotion to and from
our *** Hotels Group hotels are also available to associates.
8.2 调职 Transfer
1) 酒店空缺的职位将在员工布告栏上公布,我们鼓励符合标准的员工积极报名应
聘。申请员工须具备以下条件:
Job vacancies in general are advertised on the associate notice board and
associates with the necessary qualifications and abilities are encouraged to apply. Associate should have
following conditions:
① 现所在部门经理同意
Department head permission
② 在现所在工作岗位工作满六个月
Complete ? in his/her original position
2) 员工需将调职申请表递交给人力资源部,由该部门按要求运作。
The associate should submit the Request for Transfer Form to the Human Resources Department for
transfer arrangement.
3) 酒店可以根据经营需要调整员工的工作岗位。
The hotel reserves the right to transfer any associate to work in ? enever it deems
necessary.

8.3 提升 Promotion

The hotel is committed in developing associates' potentials to the fullest and to create
opportunities for job enrichment and career development. Promotion from within the
departments will be considered before external hiring. This includes transfers and promotions
to other hotels within the *** Hotels Group. Promotion is based strictly on performance, merit
and competencies. Normally promotion will not be considered during probation.
9. 管理纪律 Managing underperformance
员工如违反或不遵守酒店的规章制度将会受到纪律处分。视乎过失的情节严重程度,分为一般过失,重大过失,严
重过失和违法违纪行为。
Disciplinary actions will be taken whenever an associate fails to follow or adhere to the rules or policy of the hotel.
Based on the severity of the offences, they are divided into simple mistakes, serious offences, intolerable serious
offences and criminal offences.

9.5 违纪处分 Disciplinary actions
任何员工如在合同期内犯以上所列举的过失中任意一项,将按过失的严重程度处以下列不同形式给予违纪处分:
Disciplinary actions will be taken whenever an associate fails to follow or adhere to the rules or policy of the hotel.
Based on the severity of the offences, the following types of disciplinary actions may be imposed:
1. 教导 Coaching
2. 口头警告 Verbal warning
3. 书面警告 Written warning
4. 记过 Demerit
5. 降职 Demotion
6. 无薪停职 Suspension
7. 解除劳动合同 Dismissal
9.5.1 教导 Coaching
员工如果在合同期内初犯一般过失中任意一项,酒店将会对该员工进行教导,帮助其改正。
Associate will be coached if he/her makes the simple mistakes first time.
9.5.2 口头警告 Verbal Warning
员工如果在合同期内经教导后,第二次再犯一般过失将导致口头警告。

员工如果在合同期内经教导,口头警告后,第三次犯一般过失将导致书面警告。

员工如果在合同期内初犯严重过失中任意一项,酒店将会对该员工处以记过的处分。
Associate will be demerit if he/her makes the serious offences first time.
9.5.5 降职 Demotion
员工如果在合同期内再犯严重过失中任意一项,酒店将会对该员工处以降职的处分。
Associate will be demoted if he/her makes the serious offences again.
9.5.6 无薪停职 Suspension
员工如果在合同期内第三次犯严重过失中任意一项,犯错误的员工将被停职接受检查,停职时间根据具体情
况由店务委员会讨论决定,酒店将不会支付员工停职期间的薪水。
If associate makes the serious offences three times, he/her will receive ? period is
determined by Exec. Committee Members, and hotel will not pay for that period.
9.5.7 解除劳动合同 Termination of Contract
如果员工有下列情形之一,酒店有权在不作任何补偿下立即解除该员工的劳动合同。
The hotel reserves the right to immediately terminate the associate's contract without compensation, if
he/she comes under any of the following circumstances:
1) 根据酒店的相关规章制度形成重大过失行为的。
Seriously breached hotel rules and regulations, operation procedures or labour discipline
2) 同一合同期内已被 ? 即解雇;
Two demerits have been given within the duration of ? hird one will be regarded as
dismissal without any compensation;
3) 同一合同期内已被降 ? 即解雇;
Two demotions have been given during the length of ? hird time will be regarded as
dismissal without any compensation;
4) 同一合同期内严重过失经无薪停职处罚后仍没有改进将被立即解雇。
No significant improvement has been noticed after ? of suspension during the duration
of ? ssal will be given without any compensation.
5) 严重失职、过失或导致酒店遭受重大损失。
Seriously neglected his/her duty; engaged in malpractice for self needs or caused heavy losses to the
hotel.
6) 试用期间达不到工作要求标准的。
Proved unable to meet the job requirements during probation

7) 通过非正常渠道或虚假手段获得本企业录取的。
Obtained the position through dishonesty or other improper methods
8) 盗窃或意图盗窃酒店内财物,不管该财物是属于酒店、酒店客人还是其他员工个人的

associates
9) 触犯国家刑事法律,治安处罚条例或被法院依法定罪员工。

9.6 处分的累计 Accumulation of disciplinary
所有的违纪处分是会按照如下方式累计:

If an offence is so serious it causes severe damage to or loss of guest and/or hotel property, the cost of
repair or replacement will be charged to the associate in addition to the imposed disciplinary action.
以上所有的处分都会直接影响到员工的工作表现评估及职位调动、升迁。
Associates’ performance review and position transfer, promotion will be influenced by any one of disciplinary
actions.
9.7 上诉 Appeal
如果员工对纪律处分有意见,可在违纪单签发后三个工作日内向人力资源部提出申诉。店务委员会将会审核上
诉并做出最终决定。
In the event that the associate has an objection against ? tion, an appeal shall be submitted to

the Human Resources Department within ? ter the issuance of the disciplinary action for
re-examination.
9.8 警告的撤销 Recall from Warning Letter
警告发出后,在其有效期内,如员工表现符合要求,而未再次受到警告,则该警告自动失去参考意义,不作为
下次警告的延续。口头警告有效期为三个月,书面警告为六个月,最后警告为十二个月。
During the period of validity for warnings, the associate perform the job requisition and no more violation, the

Violence in the workplace can have ? ect on the productivity and the quality of life for all
associates. Associates should at all times, maintain good self-control behaviour to ensure ? orking environment, which is of vital importance to the hotel operation. If you have conflicts with your
fellow workers or you are threatened (verbally or physically) or you witness any form of harassment,
please report it to your Supervisor or Human Resource Representative immediately. All incidents of
harassment and violence will be thoroughly investigated, and where possible, the conduct of the
investigation will be confidential, protecting any possible recourse or retribution. InterContinental Hotels
Group take threats to people and property seriously and will discipline offenders up to and including
dismissal.
10.2 性骚扰 Sexual harassment
员工也应遵守公司就性骚扰的规定, 如果您认为您受到骚扰, 请立即向酒店的相关人员报告并展开调

11.2.3 事假(无薪假)Excused Leave (Unpaid Leave)
1) 申请事假,员工必须在休假前填写假期申请表送交部门经理批准后,方可休假。员工只能在部门经理许
可的情况下休事假。请注意,出勤对您的提升很重要,它是评估您工作表现的标准之一。因此尽量只在
紧急情况下申请此假期。
To apply for excused leave, an associate must obtain approval from the department head and
complete ? on Form before they take the leave. Only with the approval of the
department head can an associate take such leave. Attendance is of great importance to your
promotion and is one of the criteria for assessing your performance; therefore, associates are

advised to limit their periods of absence to emergencies only.

11.2.4 病假 Sick Leave
根据中国劳动法和酒店有关规定执行。Sick Leave is applied with the Labour Law
1) 员工在工作时生病,应先通知部门经理后方可去治疗。
Should an associate become sick while on duty, he/she should inform the department head prior to
getting medical treatment.
2) 员工转正后一年(1 月 ? 眨┫碛辛煊行讲〖伲行讲〖俨坏每缒昀奂疲昵胄杼峁?br>医院假条及病历,并填写休假申请表。如患急病须立即通知本部门经理,以便工作安排。病愈上班第一
天应立即填写休假申请单交至人力资源部,完成休假程序,否则人力资源部将按无薪假扣除工资。
Each associate has ? ation. Sick leave cannot be accumulated to
next year. He/She should provide Medical record and sick certificate. And fill in the Leave Application
Form. Otherwise HR will take it as unpaid leave.
11.2.5 婚假 Marriage Leave
员工在试用期合格后(无试用期员工须工作满三个月后)即可根据国家政策享受 ? 橐鏊?br>均达到或超过国家法定晚婚年龄,则可享受晚婚假,婚假为日历日。

The hotel will cover insurance of retirement, medical, unemployment and industrial accident and housing
fund for all local associates in line with the policy of the PRC.
11.2.12 工伤保险 Industrial Accident
酒店按照国家有关规定为所有员工办理工伤保险。员工如因工受伤致残或死亡,将按《国家工伤保险条例》
的相关规定执行。
The hotel will cover insurance of industrial accident for all local associates in line with the policy of the PRC.
Associates are insured against any injuries or death arising out of work. Compensation will be awarded
according to the policy of the PRC.
如员工在工作中受伤或濒危,须立即向部门主管报告, 并送往酒店医务室急诊处理。 第二次治疗需在指定
的医院治疗。部门经理负责在 24 小时内向人力资源部提交“工伤事故报告”。
If an associate has an accident or near miss whilst on duty, their supervisor must be notified immediately,
and they must be escorted to the hotel’s medical centre for urgent medical treatment. The 2nd medical
treatment need go to the appointed hospital. The Department Head must ensure an Incident Report is
completed in all cases of work place accidents or near misses within 24 hours and submitted to the Human
Resource Department.
11.2.13 年终奖 Yearly Bonus
酒店将根据酒店的经营效益情况考虑给员工发放年终奖以奖励员工在过去一年里为酒店做出的辛勤劳动以及
贡献。
Subject to the performance of the hotel, the hotel may consider giving an end of year bonus to reward
associates for their hard work and contribution made to the hotel during the year.

All associates on duty will be served two free meals ? ciate cafeteria. Associates must
wear uniform with name tag and give meal coupons to the associate cafeteria attendant before each
meal. The meal coupon limit must be used in person; those who violate will receive the disciplinary
punishment.
3) 每顿就餐时间为 30 分钟,员工的就餐时间由部门经理安排。
Meal time is normally limited to 30 minutes per duty meal and scheduled by the department head.

12.1 安全及保卫意识 Safety ? tion
为了保证客人及酒店员工有一个安全的环境,每一位员工都有责任对工作范围和酒店内所发生的事情提高警惕。
如发现可疑人物及不正常的活动,应立即向部门经理及保卫部报告。
To ensure ? environment for both our hotel guests and associates, it is important for our
associates to be on alert of daily activities in the hotel and around their work places. Any suspicious character
or unusual activity must be reported to the Department Head or Security Department immediately.
12.2 员工辅导 Associate Grievance
如果员工有与工作有关的苦恼,应与工会或人力资源部商讨。酒店将与有关部门经理讨论解决办法。如问题得
不到解决,人力资源部将向总经理汇报,由总经理做最后决定。所有反映到人力资源部的问题将予以严格保密。
员工也可以向洲际酒店集团的员工问题热线直接反映问题。 有关联络方式将张贴于员工告示栏。
Should associates have ? oblem concerning work, they should discuss it with the Human
Resources Department and Union. The Human Resources Department will discuss it with the respective
department head and try to solve the grievance. If the grievance is unsolved, it will be presented to the
General Manager and he/she will make the final decision. All grievances presented to the Human
Resources Department will be treated as confidential.
Associates can also refer their grievances directly to the confidential disclosure hotline of the InterContinental
Hotels Group and the contact information will be provided on the associate notice boards.
12.3 员工活动 Recreation and activity
酒店将办各种员工活动,如体育比赛、郊游、每月举办生日聚会及员工春节联欢会等以丰富员工的文化生活,

The hotel Human Resources Department and Union will organize various associate activities such as
sporting events, associate outings, annual associate party, associate birthday party, etc., to enrich associate's
cultural life and to promote mutual understanding and good relations between associates and departments.
All associates are welcome to participate in these events.
12.3 员工沟通大会 Associates Communication Meeting
酒店将定期组织召开员工沟通大会,从员工中获取反馈信息和回答员工提问。
Associates communication meetings are hosted on ? get feedbacks and answer questions
from associates.

14 酒店规章制度 House rules and regulations
酒店制定的规章制度是我们工作的重要指南,指导我们如何与同事、管理层、特别是客人建立一个和谐的工作关系。
It is important for the hotel management to establish rules and regulations as guidelines for our associates to
facilitate ? ing relationship with each other, with management and most importantly, with our
guests.
重要的是每位员工在每天工作中能遵守酒店的规章制度,以确保一个愉快友好的工作环境。
It is important that associates observe all rules and regulations in your everyday work so as to ensure ? friendly working environment.
14.1 打卡 Registration
1) 员工上下班应在酒店指定地方打卡,上两头班的员工每次上下班时均需要打卡。
All associates are required to punch in and out. Associates working on split-shifts are required to punch in
and out twice ? 住,考勤记录对计算您的出勤天数是非常重要的,而且它会影响到您的工资,不允许员工请别人替自
己打卡或替别人打卡否则被视为严重违纪处理。
Remember, the attendance record is of great importance in calculating your working days, which will
affect your monthly salary. Never punch in and out for anyone else or ask another associate to clock in
or out for you. Such actions are dishonest and constitute ? each of discipline.

14.2 包裹/物品检查 Package/Parcel Inspection
为确保酒店财产和客人财产的安全,员工进出酒店员工通道时需将携带物品打开给保安人员检查。若有酒店物
品带出店外,须经部门经理批准并签署出门条。
To ensure the safety and security of our guests and hotel property, associates are required to show their
personal parcels to the Security Officers at the associate entrance for inspection. Hotel property may be
taken out only with ? signed by the department head concerned.
客人给员工的包裹, 应附有客人写的员工姓名、物品名称和客人的签字。
A note should accompany parcels given to an associate by ? he associate’s name, a
description of the contents and the guest’s signature.
14.3 污言秽语 Abusive Language
污言秽语是粗俗和失礼的行为。它会有损酒店的形象,请员工避免使用。
Abusive language is distasteful and offensive to your listeners. It projects ? he hotel and
therefore it constitutes ? of discipline.
14.4 旷工 Absent without Notice
1) 旷工是严重违反酒店规章制度的行为。请记住出勤是提升和其他福利的基本评判标准之一。若有紧急事
故,请立即通知您的部门经理。所有假期必须经部门经理批准。
Being absent without notice is ? of hotel regulations. Please remember that promotions
and other benefits are based on attendance among other things. In case of emergency, please inform
your department head immediately. No leave can be granted unless approved by your department
head.
2) 凡超过规定的上班时间一个小时尚未到岗位,或者提前一个小时离开工作岗位,即认为是旷工。(旷工
1-2 小时算旷工半天,超过 ? ?
It will be regarded as absence if associate is late for one hour more or leave one hour earlier (1 to 2
hours absence is regarded as half ? is regard as one day.)
3) 旷工一天:扣罚 ? 枋槊婢嬉淮危?br>It will be fined 300% of daily wage for associate’s one-day absence and be given written warning letter
once.
4) 旷工三天酒店会以自动辞职处理。
Associates absent for ? smissed.
14.5 客用设施/公共区域 Guest Facilities/Public Areas
除因工作需要,任何员工都不得使用为客人提供的设施,不允许在酒店公共区域内游荡。客用设施包括电梯、
客用通道、客厕、客房、餐厅、健康中心、精品店等。
Associates are not allowed to use hotel guest facilities or loitering in hotel public areas at any time, except
those authorized to be there in the course of their duty. Guest facilities include: elevators, guest corridors,
rest rooms, guest rooms, restaurants, health club, kiosk, etc.

14.6 失物招领 Lost ? と缭诰频昴谌魏纬∷⑾植莆铮α⒓赐ㄖ棵啪砘蛑蛋嗑恚虬词镎辛斐绦蚪暗轿锲?br>交客房部失物招领处。
Associates must inform the department head or the Duty Manager of any money or items found on the
hotel premises, or to follow the Lost and Found Procedure. Items found must be handed in to the
Housekeeping Department.
2) 失物如在六个月内未被认领,将由酒店处理。
If the lost property is not claimed within six months, the Hotel will dispose it of.
3) 隐藏失物不报者,酒店视为偷窃处理。
Any items found which are not handed in will be treated as theft.
14.7 私人来访 Personal Visits
上班时间禁止在酒店接待亲友来访,紧急情况经部门经理同意后,员工可在员工通道区会见亲友。
Associates are not allowed visits by relatives or friends at any time during working hours on the hotel
premises. In case of emergency, associates can receive their relatives or friends at the associate entrance
area, with approval from their respective department heads.
14.8 酒店和客人财产 Hotel ? br>员工应像爱护自己的财物那样爱护酒店和客人的财物。避免损坏酒店的门、地毯、家俱、墙面等设施和设备。
Associates should take good care of hotel and guest property as their own property. Avoid damaging hotel
doors, carpets, furniture, walls and equipment, etc.
14.9 保密文件 Confidential Documents
员工无论是在职期间还是离职后都不能转送或拿走酒店的保密文件,包括工作计划程序、工作报告或相关文件。
Associates should not take or send any confidential hotel documents, including work plans and procedures,
business reports, or correspondence out of the hotel during or after their tenure of employment. The official
department for the release of any public information about the hotel is the Public Relations Department.
负责对外发布酒店有关信息的指定部门是公关部。违反上述规定酒店有权向合同签约地提请诉讼。
Violate the above-mentioned regulations hotel have the right to submit the lawsuit to contract signing place.
14.10 离职员工 Hotel Associates
未经酒店人力资源部的批准所有已辞职或被解雇的员工请不要进入酒店的员工区域。
People, who have resigned and dismissed, please do not enter into associate areas in the hotel.
14.11 因公使用私车 Use of Personal Vehicle for Company Business
如果因公要让员工使用自己的私车,必须征得员工的同意,员工有权拒绝因公使用私车。如员工自己提出使用
私车办理公事, 员工需持有有效驾驶证及保险并自觉遵守交通规定,如果发生事故,责任将由员工承担。
In the event that an associate is asked to use their personal vehicle for company business, ? al
Vehicle for Company Business Waiver Form” must be completed. Associates must hold ? nd
have insurance prior to utilizing their personal vehicle. In the event of an accident, any damage resulting will be

the associate’s responsibility. An associate has the right to refuse the use of their personal vehicle for company
business.
14.12 节约能源 Saving energy
每位员工都要努力减少能源的浪费,我们应自觉做到:

离开时关闭所有电灯和电器设备。
Turn off all the lights and equipments before you left.
节约用纸,尽可能使用回收纸打印内部文件。

15. 紧急事故 Emergencies
15.1 安全守则 Work Safety
员工必须遵守酒店所制定的各种安全措施。在工作中遵守安全守则是每个员工的职责。
It is responsibility of all associates to observe all safety rules and regulations at work.
l 员工须留意工作环境中的任何潜在的危险,一旦发现情况立即报告直属上级;
Associates should keep ? ntial risk and report it to your supervisor at once;
l 员工不得在酒店内奔跑,应保持稳健的步态;
Associates should not run in the hotel;
l 员工应用双手推车;
Associates should use both hands when push ? κ褂锰葑踊虻歉吖ぞ吖慈「叽ξ锲坊蚪懈叽ψ饕担?br>Ladders or step stools should be used for reaching high objects and when performing tasks beyond
normal height;
l 禁止使用破损工具或设备,以免造成损伤;
Broken equipments or tools should never be used. It could cause injuries;
l 提举重物须用双手。弯曲膝盖,用双腿的力量而非用背部搬取重物;
Heavy objects should be lifted with both hands. Bend keens and use legs to do the lifting, never the
back;
l 必须遵守指定区域的“禁止吸烟”告示;
All associates can not smoke at “NO SMOKING” areas;
l 所有工具必须得到安全保管,未经许可,不得擅自修理破损或有故障的机电设备;
All equipments must be kept safely. Do not attempt to repair damaged or out of order mechanical or
electrical equipment unless qualified and authorized to do so;
l 员工如发现任何不安全的工作情况及操作程序,应立即向部门报告;
It is the responsibilit of all associates to report immediately all unsafe work coniditions and practices to
your supervisor;
l 无论工作中的事故或伤害如何轻微,员工都应立即报告,任何伤害事故必须以事故报告的形式上报部门经
理。

Associates should also report immediately any accident or injury that occurs in the job to your supervisor
and fill in the Injury Form to your manager.
15.2 消防程序 Fire Procedure
火灾是酒店面临的最大危险。因此全体员工有责任熟悉消防知识,消防报警系统,灭火器材及设施的使用。须
熟悉酒店各处防火通道,紧急出口,并保持出口畅通。
Fire is the greatest danger faced by the hotel. It is the responsibility of all associates to become familiar with
the general fire-fighting knowledge, proper use of all fire alarms, fire-fighting equipment, fire exits leading from
any point of the hotel premises and to ensure all fire exists are cleared.
l 当发现火灾时:Upon discovering ? 镇静。
Keep calm
2. 请按最近的 “手动报警按钮” 报警。
Raise the alarm by pushing the nearest “fire alarm button ".
3. 应立即拨打电话报告酒店的消防监控中心或对客服务中心。
Call the hotel's Fire Control Centre or Service Center to report the incident.
4. 说出您的姓名和部门,火灾准确位置及蔓延程度。
Give your name and department, exact location and extent of the fire immediately.
5. 在保证自身安全的情况下应尽力扑灭火灾或控制火情避免伤亡。
Attempt to put out the fire or control it, if it is safe to do so and make every effort to avoid casualties.
6. 不要用水扑灭电源火源。
Do not use water on an electrical fire.
7. 关闭所有防火门。
Keep all fire doors closed.
8. 关闭所有门窗并切断供电电源。
Shut all windows and doors and switch off all electrical appliances.
9. 帮助客人疏散离开火灾区。
Help guests to evacuate the area.
10. 到酒店指定的安全集合地点报到。
Gather at the assembly point.
11. 记住:除非在非常紧急的情况下,否则消防栓只能由消防队伍使用。
Remember, except in cases of extreme emergency, fire hoses should only be used by the Fire
Department.
l 当您听到火警警报时:When you hear ? 当接到撤离命令时应冷静地采取必要行动。
Upon receiving the order of evacuation, be calm and take necessary action.
2. 立即帮助客人从最近的安全出口撤离。
Help guests to evacuate from the nearest and safest exit.

3. 撤离时请关闭您身后的防火门。
Shut all fire doors behind you while evacuating.
4. 到酒店指定的安全集合地点报到。
Gather at the assembly point.

Do not use elevators. Use stairway only.
4. 不同灭火器内装有不同化学药品,因此,您必须了解它们性质,以便发生不同火灾时能正确使用。
All fire extinguishers do not contain the same fire fighting chemicals. Therefore, an extinguisher
should be used only on the type of fire for which the particular chemical content is intended.
15.3 受伤及意外事故 Injury ? 腿嘶蛟惫ぴ诰频攴段谑苌嘶蚍⑸馔猓α⒓赐ㄖ棵啪砘蛑蛋嗑恚⑴惆樯苏咧钡讲棵啪怼?br>值班经理或医务人员到达现场。
If ? ociate sustains an injury or is involved in an accident within the hotel premises, you should
notify your department head or the Duty Manager immediately. Stay with the guest or associate until the
department head, Duty Manager or medical person arrives.
15.4 电梯事故 Elevator Emergency
如有人被困在电梯内,应立即通知工程部,采取紧急处理措施。
If someone is trapped in an elevator, call the Duty Engineer immediately, who will in turn initiate the Elevator
Emergency Procedures.
注意:员工应随时保持小心和警觉。在执行任务前,如对安全方法有任何疑问,应立即请示上级主管,不能猜测和臆断!
NOTE: BECAREFUL AND ALERT. ASSOCIATES WHO ARE IN DOUBT AS TO THE SAFE METHOD OF
CARRYING OUT THEIR DUTY MUST ASK THEIR IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH
THEIR JOB. DO NOT GUESS OT ASSUME!
16. 员工手册的修订 Revision of the Associate Handbook
本员工手册可由酒店根据业务需要的情况作出修订和补充。修改和补充的条款将在员工走廊中刊登。
The contents of the Associate Handbook may be amended or updated by the hotel arising from new demands
of the business. These changes will be posted on the Culture Corridor.
