Abstract
Administration in the supervision and service of individual businesses in the future. The results
show that: first, in the process of receiving supervision and services, individual businesses are
faced with the problems such as inconvenient of " allowed to enter the market and allowed to
operate ",unbalanced reality ofsupervision, poor experienceof receiving services,and
insufficient protection of rights and interests. Second, the average score of satisfaction of 266
samples is4.192 points and thecomprehensive score ofsatisfaction after indexweight
calculation by entropy method is 4.110 points, which is a relatively satisfactory level. The
gender, age, educational backgroundand industry category of individualbusinesses have
significant differences at the level of 0.05 and above on the satisfaction of market supervision.
Third, the lack of guidance in behavior and uneven personal quality lead to more complaints
aboutadministrative approvalwork,conservativeworkingmode andpoorfairnessof
supervision lead to insufficient trust in supervision and law enforcement work, the low quality
of service and low level of basic configuration lead to low evaluation of government service
work, the inadequate publicity and poor communication channels lead to the obvious doubt on
supervision and guaranteework. Fourth, it isnecessary to guide thebehavior habits of
individual businesses, highlight classified intelligent supervision, strengthenpersonnel and
facilities management, clarify the key needs of individual businesses, further increase the
convenience of administrative approval, improve the effectiveness and level of supervision and
law enforcement, enhance the quality and efficiency of government services, and ensure the
