中文摘要
“十四五”是兰州真空公司发展的历史转折期,充满着机遇和挑战。按照上
级“归核聚焦,回归真空主业”的相关要求,真空业务的发展直接关系到公司的
生死存亡,公司管理层必全面深入的分析真空业务发展现状,制定正确的竞争战
略,解决目前公司业务中存在的问题和不足,扬长避短,抓住发展机遇,实现公
司跨越式高质量发展。
本文为了制定合理的真空业务竞争战略,通过PEST分析,从政治、经济、
文化、科技四个方面分析兰州真空公司真空业务所面临的宏观环境。从行业总体
状况、竞争结构、市场与顾客三个方面分析行业市场环境,综合得出外部环境状
况。从资源、能力、现状、企业文化四个方面分析兰州真空公司内部环境。通过
外部因素矩阵(EFE)分析兰州真空公司真空业务的机会与威胁,通过内部因素
矩阵(IFE)分析兰州真空公司真空业务的优势与不足,为公司竞争战略制定提供
内外部环境因素依据。运用 SWOT矩阵,结合兰州真空公司真空业务发展的现状,
制定成本领先战略、差异化战略、集中化战略三种类型战略方案。运用定量战略
计划 QSPM矩阵,针对兰州真空公司真空业务发展三类备选战略方案进行决策,
选择成本领先战略做为最佳战略。最后,根据确定的成本领先战略,结合兰州真
空公司现状,制定具体实施方案和保障措施确保成本领先战略得以落地实施。

Abstract
The "14th Five-Year Plan" is a historical turning period for the development of Lanzhou
Vacuum Company,whichis fullof opportunitiesandchallenges. Inaccordance withthe
requirements of the superiors of "returning to the core business and to the main vacuum business",
the development of the vacuum business is vital to the survival of the company. The company's
management must comprehensively and thoroughly analyze the status quo of vacuum business
development, formulate correct competitive strategies, solve the current problems in business,
maximize strengths and avoid weaknesses, and seize development opportunities, in order to
achieve leap-forward and high-quality development of the company.
In order to formulate reasonable competitive strategies for vacuum business, this paper uses
the PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment faced by Lanzhou Vacuum Company's
vacuum business from four aspects: political environment, economic environment, social and
cultural environment, and science and technology environment. To comprehensively draws a
conclusion about the external environment, this paper analyzes the industry market environment
from three aspects: the overall situation of the industry, the structure of competition, the market
and the customers. This paper analyzes the internal environment of Lanzhou Vacuum Company
from four aspects: resources, capabilities, status quo and corporate culture. This paper analyzes
the opportunities and threats of Lanzhou Vacuum's vacuum business through the External Factor
Matrix (EFE), and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages ofLanzhou Vacuum's vacuum
business through the Internal Factor Matrix (IFE), and provides the basis for internal and external
environmental factors for subsequent strategy formulation. Through SWOT analysis, combined
with the status quo of the vacuum business development of Lanzhou Vacuum Company, three
types of strategic solutions are formulated: cost leading strategy, differentiation strategy and
concentration strategy. Using the QSPM matrix of quantitative strategic plan, Lanzhou Vacuum
Company made decisions on three alternative strategic plans for vacuum business development,
and selected the cost leading strategy as the best strategy. Finally, according to the determined
cost leading strategy, combined with the current situation of Lanzhou Vacuum Company, specific
implementation plans and safeguard measures are formulated to ensure that the cost leading
strategy can be implemented.
