小微企业融资难是当前金融领域的普遍现象,随着我国许多定位 明晰、产业特色突出、发展前景广阔的科技园区的兴起,这些园区内 科技型小微企业良好的成长性受到金融机构的青睐。本文通过对工行 A 支行拓展科技型小微企业信贷业务中的内外部环境进行分析,提出 其竞争战略,推动其在激烈竞争的信贷市场拓展新的市场空间,打造 持续竞争优势。 本文首先对研究的背景和意义进行了说明,对本文的研究内容、 方法、思路和框架进行了阐述,并对科技型小微企业的概念及信贷特 点,企业战略的概念及层次、战略分析工具、基本竞争战略理论等理 论进行了归纳和总结,为本文的研究提供理论基础。本文基于 PEST 分析、五力模型、SWOT 分析等理论工具,对 A 支行拓展科技型小微 企业信贷业务面临的内外部战略环境进行分析,在此基础上,对成本 领先战略、差异化战略和聚焦战略的可行性进行了分析,基于 QSPM 矩阵提出 A 支行应实行差异化的竞争战略,并从产品、服务、营销等 几个领域提出了差异化竞争战略的具体实施,并从流程改进、人力资 源、风险控制等几个方面了实施的保障措施,推动差异化竞争战略的 落地和执行。本文通过提出 A 支行发展科技型小微企业信贷业务的竞 争战略,达到促进科技型小微企业更好、更快的发展,实现银企双赢A 支行科技型小微企业信贷业务的竞争战略分析 的目的。 关键词:商业银行,科技型小微企业,信贷业务,竞争战略A 支行科技型小微企业信贷业务的竞争战略分析 ANALYSIS ON THE COMPETITIVE STRATEGY OF A BRANCH'S CREDIT BUSINESS OF TECHNOLOGY-BASED SMALL AND MICRO ENTERPRISE Abstract Financing difficulty of small and micro enterprises is a common phenomenon in the current financial field. With the rise of many science and technology parks with clear orientation, outstanding industrial characteristics and broad prospects for development, the good growth of these small and micro enterprises in the park is favored by financial institutions. Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of ICBC A Branch in expanding the credit business of small and micro enterprises of science and technology type, this paper puts forward its competitive strategy, promotes it to expand new market space in the fiercely competitive credit market, and creates sustainable competitive advantage. Firstly, this paper explains the background and significance of the research, expounds the research contents, methods, ideas and framework of this paper, and summarizes the concepts and credit characteristics of small and micro enterprises of science and technology type, the concepts and levels of enterprise strategy, strategic analysis tools and basic competitive strategy theory. This study provides a theoretical basis. Based on the theoretical tools of PEST analysis, Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis, this paper analyses the internal and external strategic environment faced by branch A in expanding the credit business of small and micro enterprises with science and technology. On this basis, the feasibility of cost-leading strategy, differentiation strategy and focus strategy is analyzed. Based on QSPM matrix, it is proposed thatA 支行科技型小微企业信贷业务的竞争战略分析 branch A should be implemented. It also puts forward the specific implementation of the differentiation competition strategy from the product, service, marketing and other fields. It also puts forward the safeguard measures from the aspects of process improvement, human resources, risk control and so on, so as to promote the landing and implementation of the differentiation competition strategy. This paper puts forward the competitive strategy of branch A to develop credit business of small and micro-enterprises of science and technology, so as to promote the better and faster development of small and micro-enterprises of science and technology, and achieve the goal of win-win between banks and enterprises.
