在公司管理中,人是最重要的资源,而对人的管理,也是公司管理者永远的管理主 题。人力资源管理工作又是一项实务性很强的工作,仅有战略而缺 少实施战略的方法和 工具,是无法达到预期效果的。管理大师彼得·德鲁克曾经就说过“如果你不能评价, 你就无法管理。”绩效考核作为评价员工工作绩效的一种方式,已经 成为企业人力资源 管理中至关重要的一环。对于公司而言,绩效考核体系的建立和完善也就显得尤为的关键。 本文以S公司为研究对象,通过对该公司绩效考核现状进行分析,发 现现有的绩效 考核体系中缺乏科学有效的绩效考核指标,导致考核过程中主观因素过多,考核严重缺 乏客观性和可操作性,从而本文以S公司项目团队绩效考核以及团队管理人员 绩效考核 为例,通过设计绩效考核指标,项目团队绩效考核一级指标财务指标、客户关系指标、 内部流程指标、学习与成长指标,有针对性对S公司项目团队绩效考核指标进行优 化与 分析;项目团队管理人员绩效考核一级指标工作业绩、工作技能、工作态度,针对项目 团队管理人员绩效进行优化。与此同时,对S公司绩效考核中产生的诸多问题进行深刻 、 多角度、全方位剖析。运用采取层次分析法和模糊综合评价构建绩效评价体系,利用 AHP层次分析法软件(yaahp6.0)进行指标权重的计算,全面分析S公司绩效评价指标 体系 的权重并且提出了相应的保障措施,确保绩效考核工作有效地落到实处。 关键词:绩效考核;评价体系;团队;管理人员;层次分析法;模糊综合评价 研究类型:专题研究 论文 题目:S公司绩效考核体系构建研究 学科名称:工商管理硕士 硕士生:王涛(签名) 指导教师:邹绍辉(签名) Subject: Researchontheconstructionofperformanceevaluation systeminScompany Specialty:MasterofBusinessAdministration Name:Wangtao(Signature) Instructor:ZouShaohui (Signature) Abstract Inthemanagementofthecompany,peoplearethemostimportantresources,andthe managementofpeopleisthepermanentmanagementthemeofthecompanymanager.Human resourcemanagementisahighlypracticalwork.Onlystrategyandlackofstrategiesandtools toimplementstrategiescannotachievethedesiredresults.PeterDrucker,themasterof management,oncesaid,"ifyoucan'tevaluateit,youcan'tmanageit."Asawaytoevaluate theperformanceofemployees,performanceassessmenthasbecomeacrucialpartofhuman resourcemanagementinenterprises.Forthecompany,theestablishmentandimprovementof theperformanceappraisalsystemisparticularlycritical.
