本研究结合宝鸡市蟠龙新区市政污水管网初步形成、入住企业排污问题亟待解 决的实际情况,从工艺技术可行性、处理效果、能耗、环境影响和运行维护管理 等方面,对 A/A/O 和 CASS 工艺处理方案进行了技术经济分析论证,为污水处理 厂建设提供了依据。主要研究成果如下: (1)确定了蟠龙新区污水处理厂规模为 10.0 万 m 3 /d,分两期建设,其中一 期为 3.0 万 m 3 /d、二期为 7.0 万 m 3 /d; (2)由于蟠龙新区污水处理厂服务范围内无实测水质资料,结合区域用地性 质,采用类比法提出了新区污水处理厂近期设计进水水质参数; (3)提出了污水处理工艺为:曝气沉砂池+A/A/O 工艺+二沉池+DT 高密 度沉淀+D 型滤池过滤+次氯酸钠液消毒;污泥处理工艺为:重力浓缩+板框脱 水,泥饼外运; (4)污水处理厂总平面布置符合新区总体规划,建筑风格与周边环境协调, 园林式厂区设计,使污水厂与周边蟠龙公园景观环境更好衔接; (5)污水处理成本分析结果为:工程建设总投资 21458.8 万元,单位水量投 资 2145.9 元/吨,总成本 7957 万元,运行成本 2.18 元/吨。 本研究确定了污水厂的工程规模、处理工艺、总投资、处理成本和建设周期, 并对推荐工艺进行了工艺设计计算,其结果可供蟠龙新区有关部门进行污水处理 厂建设决策和初步设计时参考。 关键词:污水处理厂;可行性研究;A/A/O 工艺;脱氮除磷;成本分析西安建筑科技大学硕士学位报告 Feasibility research on Panlong New Distric Wastewater Treatment Plant in Baoji City Specialty: Architecture and Civil Engineering Master candidate: Zhu Wentao Instructor: Prof. Yuan HongLin Senior Engineer,Ph.D Wang ShePing ABSTRCT The research is based on the sewer networks of Panlong New District, Baoji city and the pressing need to solve effluent problem of present plants. Through comparison between A/A/O and CASS technique from perspectives of feasibility of technique, treatment effects, energy consumption, environment impacts and operation management, the research offers a theoretical foundation for the construction of the wastewater treatment plant. The major findings are: (1) The scale of the program has been set as 100,000m 3 /d, and it will be constructed in two phases(the first phase 30,000m 3 /d, the second phase 70,000m 3 /d); (2) Since the actual measured water quality data within the service area of the wastewater treatment plant is not available, taking land use into consideration, analogy method is employed to set the inflow water quality parameters.; (3)The chosen technique for wastewater is: aerated grit channel+A/A/O technique +secondary sedimentation tank+DT high density sedimentation tank+D-shape filter tank+ sodium hypochlorite; sludge treatment technique is: gravity concentration+ plate frame dehydrating and sludge cake outward transportation; (4)The layout plan of the wastewater treatment plant conforms to the planning of Panlong New District. The garden-style building is designed to harmonize with its surroundings, and to better connect with the park landscape; (5)The result of cost analysis is: the total investment of the construction is 214,588,000yuan, investment of unit water is 2145.9yuan/ton, total cost is 79,570,000yuan, the operating cost is 2.18yuan/ton.
