摘要
近年来，我国服装出口规模不断下滑，服装外贸企业处境艰难。出口数据不理
想，背后原因值得深思。整体大环境不景气，然而服装出口企业自身供应链管理与
当前全球新的采购大趋势似乎也不够匹配
只有创新供应链管理，才能够有效控制产品成本，为自己和客户创造效益，也
才能不断获得市场的青睐，获得可持续发展的动力之源。供应链的构建和管理需要
来自企业战略高度的布局和构建，因为这项工作影响到企业当前和未来的生存和发
展。因此，服装出口企业都要认真研究，制定出适合自己发展的供应链管理模式
本文以供应链管理理论为指导，以英美达公司为案例分析，通过逻辑推理的形式，
全面、客观的分析了该公司的现状，并探讨出适合困境中服装出口企业能借鉴的供
应链管理方法。文章第一部分，对供应链管理的国内外研究现状进行了介绍，提出
了研究方法，设立了本文的框架；第二部分，介绍了英美达公司所处外贸环境以及
其供应链管理现状；第三部分，基于行业趋势分析结合英美达公司的情况，找出英
美达公司供应链构建的战略方向；第四部分，为英美达公司构建创新型供应链管理
模式
希望通过本文的研究能够为我们服装出口企业找到稳定的订单增长的方法，提
升供应链管理并加强服装出口企业的全球竞争力。如果能够起到力所能及的作用，

Abstract
Recently, the turnover of Chinese garment export decreased little by little and in year
2015, it dropped dramatically. Garment exporters are now facing big challenge unless a
strategic supply chain is set up under the new global purchasing.
Unless the professional supply chain is settled up with new ideas and suitable for the
challenge, the enterprises can cut down the cost and receive the benefit for both customers
overseas and enterprises themselves. All the methods taken for the supply chain should be
strategy of the enterprise and attract the managing group’s attention to put into place to
ensure it runs successfully and smoothly, in that supply chain will decide the future of the
enterprise. Base on the theory of supply chain management, this essay illustrate current
challenge all the Chinese garment exporters face, point out the difficulties they have and
try to find the way-out for the exporters. In Chapter 1, the essay introduced some studies
currently conducted both in China and overseas and outline the whole essay; in Chapter 2,
the essay introduce the trend of garment production worldwide and the current supply
chain management of YING MEI DA company. In Chapter 3, Find the right way of
establish a strategic supply China for YING MEI DA. In Chapter 4, Establish the new and
advanced supply chain for YING MEI DA.
The purpose of this Essay is to find a solution of Chinese garment exporters, to
receive more business and keep reasonable growth in the future and the same time to be
more competitive in the supply business. If it can be of some help, the Essay works.
