摘要
资金在企业创业和成长过程中发挥着重要作用，而股权融资是科技型中小企
业获得资金的一项重要途径。本文以四家四川省电子信息行业的科技型中小企业
为研究对象，采用探索性多案例对比研究，并结合质性研究方法，从信用场域视
角来揭示企业制度创业行为对股权融资的影响机制；接下来，以制度创业为切入
点，分别对股权融资成功与失败的案例企业进行深入剖析，为科技型中小企业如
何利用场域的力量与资本接触并成功进行股权融资提出相应的政策建议
本文通过对四家四川省科技型中小企业进行调研，包括对企业创始人或高管
的现场访谈以及二手资料收集，发现这四家企业明显地分为两个类型：其中两家
企业存在显著的制度创业行为，并且已成功完成了两到三轮股权融资；另外两家
企业虽有意或已多方寻求融资途径，但至今未果。与前两家企业相比，他们更多
地表现出对现有制度约束的无奈和对制度创业行为的回避。通过分析这四家企业
对制度创业的不同态度，以及在涉及到制度创业决策时所选择的不同路径，引入
信用场域作为中介变量，发现了企业制度创业行为对股权融资结果有正面影响，
从而为企业认清发展路径、制定有利于进行股权融资的决策提供了理论依据。最
后，基于以上发现，并结合调查问卷结果，从企业和政府两个层面为科技型中小
企业提出了改善股权融资现状的政策建议

Finance plays a crucial rule to enterprises, and equity financing is an important
channel for SMEs to obtain it. This paper takes four technological SMEs from
Electronic Information Industry in Sichuan Province as research objects, uses the
methods of comparative study of exploratory multiple cases and qualitative research,
aims at exploring the effected mechanisms of institutional entrepreneurship activities on
equity financing from the perspective of credit field. Then, taking institutional
entrepreneurship as a breakthrough point, and after an in-depth analysis on the cases of
four technological SMEs which performed oppositely in equity financing, policy
advices were proposed for technological SMEs to improve their performance of equity
financing with the power of field.
Based on the study of the four technological SMEs, which includes field interview
with their founders or senior managers as well as second-hand files, the four
technological SMEs were classified into two different groups: two of them showed
evidently institutional entrepreneurship activities, and have obtained several rounds of
equity financing successfully; meanwhile the other two failed on it, and showed
constrained activities on institutional entrepreneurship. The positive relationship
between institutional entrepreneurship activities and equity financing were detected
with the mediation of credit field after analyzing their cognition and diverse strategic
decisions, which provided theoretical basis for the coming proposals. In the end,
combined with the results of questionnaire survey, relatively policy suggestions were
proposed for both enterprises and government to improve equity financing performance
of technological SMEs.
