平台型企业动态能力的培育研究
--基于商业模式创新的视角

随着信息技术的高速发展，平台型企业得到了快速成长。在稳定环境下，核
心能力是企业拥有领先竞争优势的关键来源。在动态变化的环境中，企业核心能
力表现出不易被改变的核心刚性特征，导致企业逐步失去竞争优势。而动态能力
在动态变化的环境能够识别、抓住市场机会，促进和保障商业模式创新，使得企
业拥有领先竞争优势。商业模式创新是描述企业如何进行价值创造、价值传递和
价值获取的全过程的创新，动态能力能够促进商业模式创新，商业模式创新反过
来引领提升了动态能力。以往关于动态能力的研究侧重于内涵和构成角度，具有
普适性，较少对特定背景特定行业的动态能力的研究，也较少有动态能力培育措
施的研究。以商业模式创新作为动态能力培育研究的切入点，具有重大实践意义
共享经济是一种新型经济形态，它利用互联网技术创建共享平台，按需分配
的机制，通过海量、分散化的闲置资源重复交易与高效利用，满足了多样化的需
求和最大化创造了产品（或服务）的价值。颠覆了传统的商业模式，为商业模式
创新带来了新的思路。在共享经济背景中，平台型企业面临更为复杂、变化更迅
速的外部环境，更需要进行动态能力的培育提升。因此，本文以平台型企业为研
究对象，进行了商业模式创新视角下平台型企业动态能力的培育研究。首先，分
析了平台型企业的特征及其动态能力的组成要素，并剖析了平台型企业动态能力
与商业模式创新之间的关系。其次，对商业模式视角下动态能力培育的内在机理
进行深入分析，当新的动态能力无法有效促进和保障商业模式创新的成功，那必
须对动态能力的培育措施进行修正，重新进行动态能力的培育。然后，提出了平
台型企业动态能力与商业模式创新的关系模型，认为平台型企业动态能力能够促
进和保障商业模式创新的成功，商业模式创新反过来能够引领动态能力的培育
在此基础上，提出了共享经济下平台型动态能力的培育路径和措施，培育路径包
括构建企业家精神、组织学习机制、社会关系网络和制度机制。最后，通过案例
分析验证了平台型企业动态能力与商业模式创新的关系
商业模式创新视角下平台型企业动态能力培育研究，进一步探索了动态能力
理论研究的范围和深度，为后续研究提供参考。将平台型企业动态能力与商业模
式创新的结合研究，既能在实践层面来研究平台型企业动态能力的培育方向及措
施，又使得平台型企业创造条件来促进、保障商业模式创新的成功，具有重大的
实践意义

capabilities of platform enterprises -- Based on the
perspective of business model innovation
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of information technology, the platform of
enterprises got rapid growth. Under a stable environment, core competence is a
leading enterprise with a key source of competitive advantage. Under the dynamic
change of environment, the enterprise core ability show is not easy to be changed at
the core of the rigidity characteristics, lead to enterprise gradually lose its competitive
advantage. And dynamic capabilities in the dynamic change of environment to
identify and seize market opportunities, promote and guarantee business model
innovation, make leading enterprises have a competitive advantage. Business model
innovation is to describe how to value creation, value delivery and value for the whole
process of innovation, dynamic capabilities can promote the business model
innovation, business model innovation, in turn, lead to improved the dynamic
capability. Previous research on dynamic capabilities focused on the connotation and
composition point of view, generality, less study on specific industry specific
background of dynamic capabilities, also relatively less research of dynamic
capability cultivation measures. To study dynamic ability cultivation of business
model innovation as a breakthrough point, has important practical significance.
Sharing economy is a new type of economic form, it use the Internet platform of
sharing the technology to create, to each according to his need of mechanism, through
the vast and diversified idle repeat transactions and efficient utilization of resources,
meet the needs of the diversification and maximize the value of the product (or
service).Subverts the traditional business model, and brought new ideas for business
model innovation. In a Shared economic background, platform enterprises face more
complex, the external environment changes more quickly, more needs to be dynamic
ability to foster ascension. Therefore, based on the platform of enterprises as the
research object, carried out under the perspective of business model innovation
platform type enterprise dynamic capability cultivation research. First, analyzed the
characteristics of the platform for enterprises and its component of dynamic
capabilities, and analyzed the platform type enterprise of the relationship between
dynamic capabilities and business model innovation. Second, under the perspective of

business model, analyzing the inner mechanism of the dynamic capability cultivation
when new dynamic capabilities to effectively promote and guarantee the success of
the business model innovation, you need to modify the dynamic capability cultivation
measures, a new dynamic capability cultivating. Then, this paper puts forward the
platform of enterprises the relationship between dynamic capabilities and business
model innovation model, think platform type enterprise dynamic capabilities can
promote and guarantee the success of the business model innovation, business model
innovation, in turn, can lead the dynamic ability cultivating. Based on this, puts
forward the sharing economy type platform under the dynamic capability of paths and
measures to foster path including building entrepreneurship, organizational learning
mechanism, the social relation network and system mechanism. Finally, by case
analysis verified the platform type enterprise dynamic capability and the relationship
between business model innovation.
Under the perspective of business model innovation platform type enterprise
dynamic capability cultivation research and further explore the research scope and
depth of the dynamic capability theory, provide a reference for further research. The
platform type enterprise dynamic capabilities and business model innovation is the
combination of research, both in practical level to study platform type direction and
measures to foster the enterprise dynamic ability, and makes the platform for
enterprises to create conditions to promote and guarantee the success of the business
model innovation, is of great practical significance.
