摘要
现阶段,我国企业既要面对国内同行业的竞争,同时,还需要面对外企的挑
战。在这种情况下,市场竞争更加激烈,其不确定性更加复杂。为使得企业焕发
新生,占据更大的市场份额,获取良好的经济效益。企业管理层不但需要扩大生
产规模,同时,还需要对物资进行管控,通过相关的措施和手段,显著降低物资
采购以及后期管控的费用

在本文的研究过程中,重点运用了文献分析法以及案例分析法。首先,利用
知网、万方等数据库系统,同时,结合图书馆以及网络上的资源,对非招标物资
阳光采购及集中管控体系管理理论知识进行整理分析,由此为论文的撰写指明方
向,奠定理论基础。其次,立足于 GCYT 公司非招标物资阳光采购及集中管控体
系案例,利用相关的采购管理理论知识进行全面的研究分析。 在研究内容方面,
首先对采购及集中管控相关理论进行了综述,物资采购及集中管控的重要性不言
而喻。通过物资的集中采购,不但能够保障产品的质量,同时,还能够显著降低
公司的各项费用,使得公司在市场竞争中处于有利地位。基于此,公司在发展过
程中,需对供应链进行优化设置,进而减少购销以及流通费用,有效提升其经济

管控的现状,旨在发现其中存在的问题。并在一定的理论基础上,对其原因进行
剖析,最终达到解决问题的目的。在这里,重点分析了下述几方面情况。一是研

总结,基于科学分析,不断优化,使其更加完善。二是认真研究了阳光采购时出

At this stage, China&39;s enterprises should not only face the domestic competition
with the industry, but also need to face the challenges of foreign companies. In this case,
