在本文的研究过程中，重点运用了文献分析法以及案例分析法。首先，利用
知网、万方等数据库系统，同时，结合图书馆以及网络上的资源，对非招标物资
阳光采购及集中管控体系管理理论知识进行整理分析，由此为论文的撰写指明方
向，奠定理论基础。其次，立足于 GCYT 公司非招标物资阳光采购及集中管控体
系案例，利用相关的采购管理理论知识进行全面的研究分析。 在研究内容方面，
首先对采购及集中管控相关理论进行了综述，物资采购及集中管控的重要性不言
而喻。通过物资的集中采购，不但能够保障产品的质量，同时，还能够显著降低
公司的各项费用，使得公司在市场竞争中处于有利地位。基于此，公司在发展过
程中，需对供应链进行优化设置，进而减少购销以及流通费用，有效提升其经济
效益。其次，通过实地调查，了解和掌握 GCYT 公司非招标物资阳光采购及集中
管控的现状，旨在发现其中存在的问题。并在一定的理论基础上，对其原因进行
剖析，最终达到解决问题的目的。在这里，重点分析了下述几方面情况。一是研

ABSTRACT
At this stage, China&39;s enterprises should not only face the domestic competition
with the industry, but also need to face the challenges of foreign companies. In this case,
