摘要
传统的制造企业长期以来把提高生产技术、扩大经营规模作为降低成本、提高企业
竞争力的主要手段，但近年来制造企业在制造成本降低上已经到达极限，销售规模扩大
也很难有突破。因此，原有的供应链集成已经很难适应全球市场经济发展的需求，迫切
要求通过管理创新，尤其是供应链的价值优化和创新来提高企业的管理效率、降低企业
的管理成本，最大限度的满足市场和客户的要求

本文通过对航空零件加工业的发展现状和供应链的描述，以及保税区的海关政策特
点的介绍，基于全球化采购的市场环境背景，运用供应链的理论和供应链优化理论，对
保税区内航空零件加工业的供应链的运行进行分析。在分析过程中通过对相关书籍、文
献和理论梳理和总结并结合实证分析，定量和定性分析全球采购背景下的供应链中各环
节要素的状态及过程中出现的问题，梳理航空零件加工业的供应链的特性，挖掘相关问
题，结合信息化和网络化的 ERP 软件技术，更加具体、清晰的呈现全球采购下的供应
链中各要素的内在工作方式，和各要素之间相互作用、相互影响的运动规则和原理，描
述供应链的各个环节的状态及过程中出现的问题，主要通过对采购、运输、仓储和信息
化系统四个方面的现状分析，对本公司的保税供应链提出相应的优化方案。最后对整个
论文的研究成果进行简要总结和回顾，对未来要继续研究的方向进行了展望

Abstract
For a long time, traditional manufacturing industry had been to improve production
technology, expand the scale of operations as a major means to reduce costs and improve the
competitiveness of enterprise. But in recent years, manufacturing cost in manufacturing
enterprises has reached the limit and the expansion of sales is difficult to have a breakthrough.
Therefore, original management model of supply chain has been difficult to adapt to
requirement of global market economy development. It is urgent to improve the management
efficiency of enterprises, reduce the management cost of enterprises and maximally satisfy the
requirement of market and client through management innovation, especially the optimization
and innovation of supply chain.
This paper introduce the development of aviation manufacturing industry, the supply
chain and customs policy of bonded zone. This paper analyzes the operation of supply china
in the bonded zone based on the background of the global procurement, finding the
characteristics and problems of supply chain in aviation manufacturing industry. Combined
with information and network of ERP software technology, this paper is more specific and
clear to present the elements of the supply chain, rules and principles between the elements
and the various of problems in supply chain process. Through analysis the procurement,
transportation, warehousing and information system of the four aspects, this paper put
forward the corresponding countermeasures and feasible optimization solution of the
company&39;s bonded supply Chain. Finally, the research results of whole thesis are briefly
summarized and reviewed. The future direction of research is forecasted.
