摘要
能源战略的转型,新能源产业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,从事新能源项目
开发运营的企业都在思考如何抢占市场先机、提升企业的核心竞争力。众所周知,
人力资源管理已经成为企业提升核心竞争力的重要因素,如何吸引优秀人才、培
育优秀人才队伍,已成为企业持续稳健发展的战略目标。激励管理是人力资源管
理中难度最大、界面最广的管理,是解决企业效益最大化的催化剂

本文研究从事新能源事业的辽宁大唐国际新能源有限公司,对该公司的激励
机制现状进行了调查,梳理了其己经存在和使用的员工激励措施,对现有的激励
措施进行了客观评价。笔者将致力于结合辽宁大唐国际新能源有限公司现状,制
定未来企业员工激励的目标和优化策略。目的就是通过员工激励措施的实施,激
发员工的工作潜能,为企业做出更多的贡献,促进企业持续稳健发展

本文将相关理论运用到企业具体的实践之中,对辽宁大唐国际新能源有限公
司激励机制的现状进行了调研,并进行了系统评价,准确的提出了现行的激励机
制中存在的问题,客观的分析了存在问题的原因,提出了下一步优化方案和具体
实施措施。笔者提出了具体措施有:改善现行的薪酬管理,建立科学有效的绩效
考核体系,设计员工职业发展通道,优化培训方式,营造宽松信任的文化氛围

本文通过梳理辽宁大唐国际新能源有限公司的员工激励机制现状,对公司现
行人资资源管理和激励管理有了充分认识,希望通过此文中明确的员工激励优化
方案和实施措施,能为公司的人力资源管理有所帮助

Transformation of energy strategy, the new energy industry ushered in an
unprecedented development opportunities, engaged in the development and operation of
new energy projects are thinking about how to seize market opportunities, enhance the
core competitiveness of enterprises. As we all know, human resource management has
become an important factor to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, how to
attract outstanding talent, nurturing talent team, has become the strategic goal of
sustainable development of enterprises. Incentive management is the most difficult and
the most extensive management of human resources management, and it is the catalyst
to maximize the efficiency of the enterprise.
This paper engaged in new energy industry in Liaoning Datang International New
Energy Co., Ltd., conducted a survey on the current situation of incentive mechanism of
the company, combing the existing and the use of incentives, the objective evaluation of
the existing incentive measures. The author will focus on the combination of Liaoning
Datang International New Energy Co., Ltd., the future development of enterprise staff
motivation objectives and optimization strategy. The purpose is through the
implementation of employee incentive measures to stimulate the staff&39;s work potential,
to make more contribution to the enterprise, to promote sustained and steady
development of enterprises.
In this paper, the related theories to the practice of enterprise specific, the
investigation of the current situation of the incentive mechanism of international new
energy Co., Ltd. Liaoning Datang, and to evaluate the system, accurately puts forward
the existing problems in the current incentive mechanism, objective analysis of the
reasons for problems, put forward the optimization scheme of the next step and the
specific implementation measures. The author puts forward specific measures: improve
the current salary management, establish a scientific and effective performance
evaluation system, design staff career development channels, optimize the training
mode, create a relaxed and trust cultural atmosphere.
In this paper, the current situation of incentive mechanism by combing Liaoning
Datang International New Energy Co., the company&39;s employees, have a full
understanding of corporate human capital resource management and incentive
management, hope through the staff clear in this paper optimal incentive scheme andimplementing measures, can help for the human resource management.
